The Ocean Towers was a great house for our stay. When we arrived, everything was spotless, and the view was absolutely amazing—we truly enjoyed that part of the experience.

We did run into a few issues during the week, which we understand are more related to the homeowners and things that can happen over time. The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but your team responded immediately and had someone come out. Later that evening, a gentleman brought two portable AC units and a window unit, which definitely helped cool the main areas.

However, the bunk room did not have an AC unit, and it became very hot, which resulted in the boys having to sleep on the sofa for a few nights.

We also noticed a leak in the living room ceiling and contacted you right away. Again, your team was very responsive and sent someone out promptly. It was determined the issue was likely coming from the master shower, so to prevent further damage, we stopped using that shower for the remainder of the week. This meant everyone had to share one shower, which was manageable but did create some inconvenience.

Despite these challenges, we made the best of the situation, and overall, the house itself was beautiful and we still had a great stay. We truly appreciate how quickly and professionally your team handled everything.

This was our 2nd time renting Boston Commons; it is very quiet, perfect view of ocean just an all around wonderful place to stay, only draw back is parking, a little "cramped" if have a large vehicle.

Beautiful condo. Well decorated and comfortable. Great location for families as it is away from the crowds. The screened in porch was a plus since we had a toddler and being on the third floor gives you a great view of the ocean. Pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Already booked for next year.

My family spent Easter weekend and spring break in Marlin Quay 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the balcony, playing in the courtyard, and out on the beach. Pools were back open though it was still a little cold for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Unit 111 at the Surf Master. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. The only problem I have is that the unit was advertised as 1 and 1 1/2 baths. They did NOT mention that the owners of the units lock off the 1/2 bath. This was a problem one evening both my wife and I we have potty problems. The two bathrooms is one of the main reasons that I rented this beautiful unit. However, I this time I am formally requesting a partial credit due to not having two bathrooms as advertised. You should have been more truthful about the bathroom situation. Also, the unit is directly above the jacuzzi and other vacationers could look into our unit. We could not sit on the balcony without people looking at us. Considering that this was THE most expensive one bedroom unit - asking for a partial refund is not a stretch. I am going to continue looking at this unit to see if you change your description to ONE BATH. Additionally, we had to call maintenance to eradicate an ant problem. You can check your maintenance records.

Incredible ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. The most comfortable furniture to relax in while viewing the ocean and watching the dolphins swim. The kitchen is well equipped and has tons of storage and countertop space. Our large family had a fabulous and relaxing vacation.

My son and I enjoyed a week at Summer Breezes along with our 2 dogs! The location was perfect as we enjoyed walking to the pier (.6 of a mile) as well as it's nearness to the ocean! Loved the covered porch and spent a lot of time there both during the day and at night. Only a couple of items we needed in the kitchen but no big deal. We enjoyed the layout of the house as well as being able to park completely under the house and the stairs were also covered. Excellent since it was raining the morning we packed to leave!! I would definitely recommend this house for others!!

You are never going to get a better deal to stay at a place on the water with all of the amenities! The condo was clean & had everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation. We traveled from Michigan with two toddlers. We brought everything we needed to childproof the condo, washer & dryer in unit allowed us to pack less clothing & kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The view alone was worth every penny! I highly recommend & would stay again in the future. Checking in & out was also very easy!

We've stayed here before and love the location. View was great and the condo was in good shape. The only thing that I wish I could have changed was when we got in late and found several packs of sheets and towels. I would have been nice if the bed was at least made.

Lovely view, well equipped. Housekeeping did overlook cleaning the microwave in preparation for our chevk in. Primary suite mattress needs to be updated soon. Really appreciated the early entrance we got this year.

We had a wonderful vacation. Our stay at One Ocean Place , unit 306 was very nice. There was a few things that had we had to call maintenance about but they were there right away and problem was taken care of. The only thing that I would recommend for owners is to update your mattresses. I know sleeping away from home is never the same but these really need to be changed, especially in the master. The unit itself has a million dollar view and was very clean and beautifully decorated in the living area. The deck area was my favorite. We are thinking of booking again. We have stayed at One Ocean Place for a few years and love the location. We also love dealing with Garden City Realty, they truly are the best!!!
