Everything about this house was fantastic. We really enjoyed the dock gazebo, the tennis court, the theater room, and the location. The house is basically on the ocean and directly across the street. Shorter walk than some 'ocean front' properties we've stayed at. Also, the house is in a gated community, which was great and helped to keep traffic down. You will NOT run out of ice or refrigerator space. 2 ice makers and 3+ refrigerators. Really nice house and location.

This condo was in a great location. Loved being able to walk to everything! Needs to be updated and parking was ridiculous but put that aside it was great. You can't beat ocean front beside the pier.

We rented a house on the beach through Garden City Realty to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Garden City Realty kept us informed in regards to the virus situation and we were pleased to be able to continue with our plans. The house was perfect for us! Our children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back next year! I also would like to mention that the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very wet and we discovered a leak under the sink. A call was made and a repair person came to the house promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your beach house rental.

We rented Ocean Cove 111 for the month of March! We had an incredible time! Even though this unit isn’t ocean front, we had a great view of the ocean from the great room as well as the screened porch! The unit was clean and well maintained! Loved having a washer and dryer in the back porch entryway! The beds were so comfortable and we slept great every night! We really liked the privacy of the Ocean Cove buildings as you can only reach the beach through the pool area! We were able to walk to the surfside pier as well as the garden city pier daily! Would definitely recommend this unit to future renters! I would recommend more silverware as we had to wash it daily to have enough to use the next day! Otherwise no complaints!

THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME THAT I HAD RENTED A BEACH HOUSE AND IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO STAY AT THE HAKUNA MATATA FOR CHRISTMAS 2013. MY BABY SISTER CAME HOME FROM SANTA MONICA FOR THE 1ST TIME IN 8 YEARS WITH HER 4 CHILDREN AND HUSBAND. MY MOM HAD HER 3 GIRLS AND 5 GRANDKIDS AND SON IN LAW UNDER ONE ROOF FOR SANTA CLAUSE AND WE HOSTED MOMS SIDE OF THE FAMILY CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER. THERE WERE SO MANY DISHES THERE AND THAT WAS GREAT. THE PLACE HAD SO MUCH ROOM THAT NO ONE GOT UNDER FOOT. I COOKED AT THE ISLAND BAR AND WATCHED THE WAVES HIT THE BEACH AND YOU COULD HEAR THE OCEAN TOO. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OPENING YOUR HOME UP FOR OTHERS TO ENJOY AS WELL. THE ATMOSPHERE OF YOUR PLACE IS CALM, PEACEFULLY AND RELAXING WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. It was great! Only complaint was the people that came and cut the grass during our stay. I think this could be completed during the cleanup time on Saturdays. We weren't asked to move cars and grass was thrown all over the vehicles.

This home was clean and relaxing all that you want in a vacation home! With plenty of room in this 3 bedroom home for everyone to have space! Also, it is located in an area that was close to everything you would want to do! or would need. Most of all the area felt safe to do or go or be all the time this peace of mind is 100 what you want in a vacation rental! We all had a blast!
