Fantastic unit layout and view. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room furniture. Only complaint is cookware pans and pots need to be replaced or bring your own. Unit needs some routine maintenance like painting,some electrical outlets replaced and bathrooms need updates, especially master bath. However rental rate was very reasonable and we were very happy with accommodations. Can’t wait to be back next year. Mary from Garden City Realty was great to work with and extremely helpful. Maintenance response was fast and professional.

we loved the house, it has everything!...pool...ocean a short walk away...private beach area behing house and the inlet behind the house we tubed daily...house was great also, had privacy when you wanted it (3 floors)...our family all agreed this was best house we have rented and can't wait to return!...there is a point nearby at the inlet that was some of the prettiest beach around!!! all walking distance..

We had a wonderful stay at One Ocean Place. We had a WiFi issue when we arrived which was handled quickly along with a follow up call from staff to make sure everything was still good. View from the balconey was awesome. The only problem we had was parking was a little difficult for a van. The parking garage is not ideal for larger cars. Other than that we had a great time.

Burbank

Very nice vacation rental right on the ocean. I did not realize there would be so many steps getting to the living space. We had a toddler with us and it was difficult to get him up and down the steep and abundant steps that had no backing on them. Also enjoyed the pier with the exception of the nightly band that played every night we were in residence. The band only took a break at 10pm then started back playing again. For our situation, we would look for a property with less steep steps as well as something further from the pier due to the nightly band. The proximity to the ocean was unsurpassed and the view was great! I did ask for a call back after hours because of the hurricane evacuations that were mandatory due to Mathew and did not get a call back from management. However, the answering service person did say they get hurricane evacuations all the time and not to worry. I wish someone would have called me back since we are unfamiliar with evacuations and gas stations running out of gas. But this was a chance we took with booking in October! The water and the weather were beautiful right up to our last day. We also chartered a boat from the Crazy Sister Marina and caught enough fish for dinner and had a great time on the water.

We were very happy with our stay in 403. All appliances, fridge, etc. worked fine. Interior floors like new & all furnishings in good shape. We give a rating of 9 out of 10. We would have rated it a 10, except the balcony carpet is falling apart & has big holes in it. It needs replaced.

So glad we decided to book this property! Enough space for the family, short walk to the beach, pool area was great. The only downside which was a minor one was the back deck by the pool is in direct sun and it's black walking barefoot not so friendly, especially on the kids feet maybe consider an outdoor carpet. Otherwise a great trip.

The condo was very nice. The view was gorgeous. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, the piers.

The condo we stayed was very pleasant. It has a great view and deck. It was very clean. A few things I would recommend are: The bed is the master bedroom has an air bladder on each side with controls. The one on the right side does not hold air so you sink down! The cushions (foam) in the two chairs in the living room are worn out and you will sink way down making it hard to get up, replace the foam. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it.
