We really enjoyed the 1 bedroom condo with private ocean-front balcony. Some of the kitchen items (utensils, pots, pans, etc) need upgraded or replaced; definitely bare-bones in that area, but the condo as a whole was fine and comfortable. We'll be back; we've stayed in 206 three times now.

The view from our oceanfront balcony was stunning, as always.

We rented a three-bedroom condo at the Surf Master for three nights over the New Year's holiday through Garden City Realty. We had stayed at the Surf master some years ago and were pleasantly surprised at how nicely the condo's kitchen, living room, and bedrooms had been updated. 

We had issues with the TV in the living room during our stay and the heat. Maintenance responded promptly, and we received some compensation for the trouble. Garden City Realty handled everything well.

We enjoyed our stay, and we'll be back!

We love Garden City and especially Ocean Cove-a very family oriented and safe environment. Convenient to everything, very clean and well maintained. The caretaker Dave is also very helpful and pleasant. Plan on returning next year - the staff at Garden City was extremely helpful and would highly recommend them.

This is a great house, less than 100 yards to the ocean yet tucked away from any busy traffic. You will see more golf carts than cars. The pool is awesome, plenty of room for a full house (10 adults and 2 children). There are built in seats around the perimeter of the pool which make it nice for just relaxing. This yard gets very little shade so you might want to consider bringing a pop up tent with you and move it around the yard as the sun moves. The tent we brought made it possible to enjoy the pool all day everyday. Do not forget about the deck on the top level which is connected to the two larger bedrooms. This deck provides great views of Garden City and the Inlet as well. This is a great house! Thank you!!

We spent a week at Atalaya Towers. First time staying there. So enjoyed the view of the ocean from our condo and spending time on the beach. We have already booked for next year!

The internet was very poor and we have stayed in the building several years now and that is our only complaint...most people do work some on their vacations and it makes it very hard ..with technology today I am sure that could be better
