Surf Master 811 is a lovely, well furnished and equipped unit. The views from the balcony were stunning in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Bonus points for ample parking and fast elevators in the highly maintained building.

We loved staying in this property. The house was very nice, the few very (and very minor) issues we had were addressed immediately and the location was great.

The condo was wonderful- clean, updated, great view overlooking pool and beach!
Only downer was the beach had an umbrella line of rentals and you aren’t allowed to be in front of them. No reflection on the unit because it was amazing.

Seafari Sands is a nice and clean beach retreat. We enjoyed our stay at this location. We have utilized Garden City Reality in the past and always appreciate their level of helpfulness and drive in making our stay a positive experience. We look forward to working with this team in the future.

We have rented several different homes on the ocean in Garden City but Metzler's Beachhouse tops them all!! The home was well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, the views were spectacular! The pool being partially shaded was a welcome respite from the hot sun! Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. We definitely plan a return to this wonderful home!
