We have stayed at many different condos at water's edge. This particular unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen faucet is put on wrong and awkward. And also there is no darkening blinds or drapes in the bedroom which caused it to be almost daytime bright in there at night. Queen size bed not particularly comfortable to us, but it may be two others. But overall very nice and comfortable.

This is the third time we have booked our family vacation with Garden City Realty and we have always been very pleased each time!

Jason was very helpful in helping me find a house large enough to accommodate our family. The staff has been very pleasant to talk to on the phone when making payments and has been quick to answer any emails I send.

Browns Summit

This house works very well for our family of 13. Great location to beach and not crowded on the beach. This is the third year we have stayed here and would recommend to family and friends. Pool is nice but needs some work on the bottom. Concrete is very rough and feet get cut on the rough surface. Area rugs need replacing and some updates on furnishes. Otherwise we would stay here again

Garden City Realty makes your stay very easy. We had a great response with maintenance. We had a little trouble getting the air adjusted correctly and also we had a leak from the shower and maintenance. Was there in 10 minutes actually it started in the showerhead and there was no damage. The house was beautiful and accommodated us very well who was very clean as well as the house we enjoyed our stay.

Overall great vacation. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owner stopped by for some measurements to do further upgrades on secondary bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen is definitely ready for an update but it was functional and well equipped so no complaints from us. The view of the ocean trumps anything negative you could find. Breathtaking views! Parking and access to beach were a little complicated but it’s probably the best they could do with tight space. One hot tub was under construction while we were there but we never use it anyway so that didn’t put us out at all.

Love staying at Surfmaster. 1006 is a nice condo. Like staying in a lower level condo. The staff at Surfmaster are all very nice.

We had family and friends to celebrate our special anniversary. The house was well set up, comfortable and everyone enjoyed their en-suite. The pool was great as was the proximity to the beach.
