2020 Has been a crazy year with Covid so we were a little skeptical about going this year! Been coming here every summer for 30 years! We at first had a condo rental but after finding out about the shared pools being closed Garden City was nice enough to let us switch to Seagrass without a cancellation fee.The house is nicer than it looks Very clean and well kept Brand new pool was great.House close to everything we needed! Little marsh area very interesting behind house ALOT of wild creatures to watch including a little alligator AC was super cold Plenty of room for alot of people and parking I reccomend highly!!Especially for value!!

Great rental. We've rented this unit several times and always had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we had this time are that the beds really need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable. Also the bathrooms need some upgrade/attention. Really starting to show their age. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay.

We loved unit 408 at Surf Master! Parking was easy, location was prime, and the views from the corner unit were breathtaking! Only thing is I wish I had brought kitchen essentials such as liquid soap and paper towels. Kitchen towels and dishrags would be great. We had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, however. The unit was clean and adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable. Also, upon arrival, two of the toilets would not stop running. I called the maintenance number and a repairman was there in minutes! Good to know someone would take care of the issue so efficiently! Communication, check-in and check-out were a breeze! We were very pleased and will return!

Very satisfied with our “new” rental!! At the last minute our reservation had to be changed due to damage at our original rental. Robin assisted us to find a comparable unit and she did! We were so happy with our rebooked rental we want to return to it next year! We are waiting for the opportunity to book this unit for next May. This was the first year we stayed for 2 weeks and this condo became home. It was spotless on our arrival, the views were beautiful. The finishings are top of the line. We bought and left items for other families to enjoy (puzzles and cards), someone mentioned a Swiffer being needed, we bought and left one there. If we do not buy before next year, we will again stay in this condo!

Perfect location on the creek and a short walk to beach. No water at low tide but that's only once a day so we worked around that.

We had an amazing time on our vacation at sandy shores 1 203. With the location so close to the beach it was very easy to walk across the street and back to the condo if needed. Our 3 girls ages 3, 6 and 10 had so much fun going to the beach and pool. Cant wait to go back next year.
