We had a great vacation. The condo had everything you could need. The only recommendation I would make is to put something about no mail being delivered to Surf Master. When we made our reservations there was an office in the building. We were not aware that this had changed and had our mail forwarded to Surf Master. We had to rent a post office box. Our mail was misplaced. I think that anyone renting for a length of time should be aware of this. Other than that it was a relaxing vacation.

Every morning I woke up to a beautiful sunrise. The condo was very cozy and comfortable. Listening to waves every night was really relaxing.

We have stayed in this building 10 different summers. Its off the beaten path and very family friendly. With the pool and laundry center you never have to leave the property. My family loves this place at the beach!

We had a wonderful time. The house was great and had lots of room. The only real complaint is the dust that was hanging around. All ceiling fans really need to be cleaned, had 1/4 inch dust or more on them. You turn them on and dust flies. Otherwise it was great.

We love Rucker Cottage! It was our 3rd summer vacation on this property, and it has gotten better every year. We have 13-15 family members with us each year, and there is plenty of room to spread out yet still be close together. The homeowners continue to make things nicer with updates to the home every year, and we plan to return every summer that we can!

THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME THAT I HAD RENTED A BEACH HOUSE AND IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO STAY AT THE HAKUNA MATATA FOR CHRISTMAS 2013. MY BABY SISTER CAME HOME FROM SANTA MONICA FOR THE 1ST TIME IN 8 YEARS WITH HER 4 CHILDREN AND HUSBAND. MY MOM HAD HER 3 GIRLS AND 5 GRANDKIDS AND SON IN LAW UNDER ONE ROOF FOR SANTA CLAUSE AND WE HOSTED MOMS SIDE OF THE FAMILY CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER. THERE WERE SO MANY DISHES THERE AND THAT WAS GREAT. THE PLACE HAD SO MUCH ROOM THAT NO ONE GOT UNDER FOOT. I COOKED AT THE ISLAND BAR AND WATCHED THE WAVES HIT THE BEACH AND YOU COULD HEAR THE OCEAN TOO. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OPENING YOUR HOME UP FOR OTHERS TO ENJOY AS WELL. THE ATMOSPHERE OF YOUR PLACE IS CALM, PEACEFULLY AND RELAXING WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. We have rented #317 Beach House 4x's thru GCR. It has been an all around great experience each time. Smooth booking & great customer service. We like the Beach House so much that we'd be 1st in line to buy, if 317 (or another ocean front unit) were for sale. We usually rent at Easter...this was our 1st summer & it was great.

This is our 4th trip to this same condo and we have had a good experience every time. The condo has not been modernized in years but everything works and is adequate. The view is great and height (5th floor) is about right. It would be nice to have some more comfortable furniture on the deck.

The property was just as described. We have stayed in condos in lots of places and this one was very clean. I did not like that the bed linens and towels were not included, but that seems to be the norm in this area. Overall, it was a great place for us. A public beach access right across the street, grocery store nearby and plenty of room. We would probably stay here again. The reservation process was very easy.

We stayed 7 days in Mystric Tide in July. The check-in and check-out service was excellent and speedy. the house was just as described with an ocean view and a short walk to the ocean. i would definetly stay again and would recommend it to everybody.

House has fully equipped kitchen; large pans and beautiful serving dishes. Location is perfect with easy access to beach. Beach is breathtaking and secluded; several times my family was alone in the middle of the day on the beach. Pool is perfect size and dock is an added bonus. Large family spent the week and all agree this was the best beach house and location we had stayed in in our 12+ years of vacationing together. Being in a gated community cut down on traffic and allowed peace of mind for kids riding bikes and walking to beach. Location allowed for easy access to shopping and all the Myrtle Beach attractions but also provided laid back environment to relax and unwind. Would recommend this house without hesitation; only negative I could say about house is front stairs are steep, we used back steps most of the time. Wonderful week in a great house on a perfect beach!!!

This was an amazing vacation week at the Beach House 317. Very clean condo close to the beach. No need to go early to get a spot, a lot of space. This part of the beach is not crowded and very clean. A lot of amenites at the Condo. The view from the balcony is awesome. Close to the Garden City Pier. The kids loved the place with all the attractions at the Pier. I recommended to place to everybody.

This was our third time planning our vacation through Garden City Realty and, as always, we had a great experience. We arrived in Garden City early and received an email from GCR stating that our rental was ready for us! Everything was clean, the beds were made, and parking was available just outside our door. After a couple days we realized that there were issues with the stove and dryer. Our maintenance man arrived within minutes of our call and took care of the dryer immediately, then arranged for a repairman to service the stove the next day. Both were completely professional, cordial and took care of the issues quickly. GCR always makes things easy, and even with the healthcare issues this year they were completely ready to accommodate our needs. We can't wait to return!

This is our 12 year at Garden City and most if not all have been at the Madame. This pre-Hugo beach house is what the beach is all about. No high rise or sheet rock shell for me. Out of the door and into the sand. Wish there were more houses like this on the beach. Hope it stays in its present county so we can use our awning re our history of melanoma.
