Condo was very clean. Furniture was a little dated but still comfortable and did I mention clean? Washer and dryer were very small so don’t expect to wash a big load. Parking was very tight. This unit is right in front of the elevator which worked well for us because my mom uses a walker. However, she stayed in the 2nd bedroom and said the hallway light was very bright inside the room. They had great room darkening shades on the beach side. It might be a good idea to get some curtains for that room as well. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely rent again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at sea frass. It was well maintained and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We all loved the pool and enjoyed the pond. The beach was within walking distance and we enjoyed going to the pier. Staff at garden realtor were easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

It was everything they said it would be! Great location. Very roomy. Kitchen supplies were good. Balcony had plenty of space also. Great views. Even the elevator wasn’t slow!!

We loved staying in Garden City. We had several beach days, spent time at the pool, went to Murrell's Inlet, and to Myrtle Beach. The location of the condo was perfect, gated parking was a plus. The views from the balcony were nice, I would have liked a little more private setting, however, it was still pretty perfect. The only reason I gave the condition of the condo 3 Stars is the paint was peeling from the walls in several rooms, there was black mold/mildew around the air vents, and the master bed and guest beds were not that comfortable. There was a broken closet door in the laundry that maintanence fixed right away and there was not a DVD player, which maintanence installed one the next day. Overall we loved our visit to Garden City and the Waterforde condo had plenty of room and was really nicely decorated,and to top it off Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with, very friendly, professional, and responsive. We will be coming back next year to visit:)

My husband and I both grew up vacationing at Inlet Pointe and, as adults, it's our favorite spot to return to each year. As always, we enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck, watching sunsets over the inlet and observing the many types of birds, fish and even foxes that call this area home.

The water was turned off in our unit when we first arrived, but maintenance quickly remedied the problem. The only issue that we had was loud neighbors above us. This was the second time we stayed in this unit in the past year and the same family was stomping around above our heads both times. We will choose more wisely next time.

Our stay at the Sanderling was very nice. The location was great, not in a congested area, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The elevator was a necessity for our disabled family member who requires handicap access. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the beach being so close, and the porches with rocking chairs were enjoyed by all.

We rented three units in the same building. Four generations of family there. Had a wonderful time! The units were all fantastic, clean and check-in was easy!. Will vacation here again!

Our stay at Waccamaw Exchange was wonderful! We wish we could have stayed longer!! Perfect location...beach access 2 short blocks w/o high rises and marsh view right from the backyard. Perfect place to watch sunsets from the private dock or screened in porch. We encountered many super friendly people in and around the neighborhood. The house is tastefully decorated and stocked with anything you’d need in the kitchen. All furnishings were as advertised and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the screened porch...in fact we spent the majority of our time there when at the house. Our only issues were that the porch had not been cleaned of pollen upon our arrival. I spent 2 hours cleaning it. I know pollen has been a huge problem this year, but this had clearly not been done for days. The inside of the house was clean. Also, a charcoal grill was not available as posted. We bought one and left it there. No big deal. We would love to rent this house for the entire winter if available at an affordable rate. It is perfect! The owners have done a great job. ����������

Falling Waters

House was in very good shape. One of our favorite things was all light switches had a label...no more guessing. Lots of light. Also loved 2 sitting areas...one for guys watching sports and one for us to chat but we weren’t separated so we could watch games too. Having 2 of every appliance was a dream.

From start to finish it was a pleasure. My son was ill and we arrived late. The home was so warm and inviting. The location was fantastic. So close to the fishing pier. To end I had my dogs with me.
