Hurricane Ian made significant changes to the beach and the sea. The beach without dunes was much flatter and the bottom of the sea was quite turbulent. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing and making sand castles and volcanoes, and watched for the high tides to remove their creations. The temperature was cooler than in the past and the fish appear to have gone elsewhere. We left relaxed and glad for the time away after the past two years.

We are a retired couple who have been coming to Garden City in the fall for about 30 years. Our family is grown and busy elsewhere with their lives, so it's just us most of the time. We're not condo people. The Madam is just perfect for us - cozy, unpretentious and very comfortable. Access up the beach steps is relatively easy. Little touches like the soap and lotion dispensers in the kitchen and bathroom make it feel like visiting a friend rather than renting a cottage. The kitchen and pantry are generously equipped and the laundry equipment in the second bedroom closet is very convenient. It's fun to sit on the porch and watch the beach parade. We'll be back next year!

Much more than we expected the house has a great view of the ocean. The location is prime directly across from a surf area beach. Did not have to travel far to find several restaurants and bars.

June Hiller is a great agent. Although we had not sold our house in Florida, she contracted us on numerous occasions via phone and email. Garden City Realty staff was always courteous. We do not know anyone who is planning to move here, but if and when we do, we will highly recommend Garden City Realty.

Condo has been beautifully updated. The building is just so poorly built that you hear every footstep and creak that your neighbors above you make. we only had an elderly couple above us and it was so loud-impossible to sleep on foldout because that is under their living area. I can't imagine what the noise level would be with a family of children above you.

Oneida

Cloud Nine is a modest, cozy beach house in a fairly quiet location with a killer view. Yes the property needs some upgrades (interior painting, for example) but the owner has obviously made regular improvements. We had a couple of issues (kitchen light, trash can) and Garden City Realty provided prompt, helpful responses. We had a wonderful month there and really felt like we were on Cloud Nine!

Family vacation over the 4th of July. Unit was not ready until 5pm and we departed on Friday, July 5th. Beach time, golf time and lots of friendship. It’s a looong walk to the pier. Elevators are quick. Pool was packed with noisy kids but it was good noise. Monster fireworks up and down the coast on the 4th. Military fly over on the 4th was weak.

This place was fabulous. We had an awesome time. We love the Garden City area, and this couldn't be located in a better spot. This trip in particular made this place perfect. I was having ankle surgery as soon as I got back home, but with the handicapped

accessible pool, I could pull right up with my scooter, take my boot off, and slide in the pool, to enjoy it with my son. Will definitely return for years to come.

Love the location and the view from the balcony. Condo was nice. When we got there the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. I assume the renter before us just never started it. There was a stain on one of the bedspreads. Wasn’t a big deal. We just didn’t use it. All other bedding was greasy and clean. Would rent again.
