Love the location and this property in general, since we have stayed here before. Condo was clean and completely supplied with kitchen items. Pool in front of this building (north) was terribly cold and everyone there wished it was heated. We requested a new shower curtain liner, and it was delivered AND installed by housekeeping in minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Just before arriving, the Realty called saying half of our unit had electrical problems. However, they gave us the house next door which was more space for less money and perfect for our family group of 17--great accommodations in a great location. We'd like to come again. Thanks so much.

Loved the house. We stayed Thanksgiving week 2021. The pool area looked great and we absolutely loved sitting on the dock and watching the sunsets and even the fishing boats. Beds were really comfortable. House was in great shape.

Only complaint i would have is that the bathrooms need some TLC. The master on the main level doesnt have a shower so we showered in the bathroom next door. The shower door was gross. Upstairs the toilet in the master bedroom made loud noises when it was trying to shutoff. Tank insides need replaced.

Over all was a great place to stay in a quiet area of garden city/Murrels inlet

The dock and views over the inlet are top notch!

Norm Clay was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was referred to us by a friend and from start to finish he was there advocating for the best outcome. The single family home we sold was a rental property. The day our renters left Norm met us at the property, we discussed market trends, the current condition of the property, value of the home, what upgrades would benefit us in a sale and the realistic return on investment. The condo was nice, but the love seat and couch were very uncomfortable. The fabric was dirty looking, it was covered in fabric knots, and the couch was VERY worn out. You sank so far down into the couch. We had to put blankets under the cushions because the metal cut into your legs. Jackie and Maggie were so helpful and sweet to help us with a few issues in the condo. Wonderful view

Surfmaster 604 is a really nice unit with perfect ocean views! The unit was clean and very comfortable. The ocean front balcony is large and holds two lounge chairs and a table for six. Great building location with the Conch Cafe two blocks up the street. I would rent this unit again!! Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with. The reps couldn't have been nicer!!

You can’t beat the location!
House layout was a little tight in kitchen and dining area. Bathrooms were outdated and odd that laundry was outside of the house.
But dock and location of beach was a big hit with family!
