Loved the house! It was super clean and so spacious! We loved having the pool and the beach basically across the street. The only negatives for us was not being able to dock our boat there at the house because at low tide it was super shallow and dry and the washer and dryer being in a room downstairs with the air conditioning. Other than that we loved it! Oh yes, it was also super quiet which was awesome!

It was amazing. The view and condo were breathtaking. I didn't want to leave. Ramona at the check in desk was very helpful with any questions I had before my stay and during plus she was very very personable. This is our 4 year at the Surfmaster and our first at unit 910. We always enjoy our stay. The condo was nice. Missing a few kitchen things but that was quickly rectified by Maggie and the housekeeping dept. The location was good. Loved the view. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s fine for a week in the summer when you are outside most of the time. But for a month in the winter when you spend a lot of time on them and we are in our 60’s it was very hard to sit on them without our back and hips hurting. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

We have rented #317 Beach House 4x's thru GCR. It has been an all around great experience each time. Smooth booking & great customer service. We like the Beach House so much that we'd be 1st in line to buy, if 317 (or another ocean front unit) were for sale. We usually rent at Easter...this was our 1st summer & it was great.

Stayed here in 2016, and any issues we had then have been fixed and or updated. The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked, better sinks in all bedrooms , new decks, pool area upgraded. Great house, great vacation!
