Most everything was great. Seating in living room needs updated. Bathroom commode flusher handle needs addressed. That’s it. Loved everything else. Definitely would rent again.

Good for most part. Commodes overflowed, leak from somewhere next day in ceiling of carport, AC unit in apartment is constantly cutting on/off and making lot of noise, treelimbs over back dirt driveway need trimming badly--cars get scratched.

I have been staying in condo 206 for 10 plus years sometimes once or twice a year. I appreciate all the updates they have done since last year. My stay this time was wonderful the only negative I have to say about condo 206 is they really need to put at the top of their list to redo the bathtub it feels like you could fall through at any time. Other than the bathtub the stay was wonderful. Garden City realtor are easy to work with always very polite.

We have been going to the Beach House in Garden City for many of years now. We stay for 2 weeks. This place is always clean, grounds are kept up. Plenty of things to do in the area. The living area could use a larger , updated flat screen TV. The current one is too small and outdated. Compared to others nearby, this rate is at the top as far as the rental rate. I tend to believe this would be a better value in the $2200.00 range.

The pool is small.

The condos are in a great location. Not too busy and we had lots of room on the beach. The pool is awesome and it was cleaned multiple times while we were there. Nice! Our condo was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed cooking out on the patio grill.
