We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The condo was beautiful, lots of room and closet space, nicely stocked kitchen, beautiful view! We were surrounded by fireworks that were actually at eye-level with our deck! The on-site office staff was very nice, and Garden City Realty staff were very helpful and nice. What started out as a horrible week in a leaky condo a mile away, ended up being a really fun week! Thank you Garden City Realty for moving us here. You will always have our business when we visit anywhere around Myrtle Beach!

We have been coming here for several years. All were great! We would have liked a three bedroom, but none were available. The people at Garden City Realty were the best. We are trying to negotiate a 3-bedroom for next year and hope it comes to fruition. This 2-bedroom has everything modern and up-to-date. We love it.

Had a great time. Probably the best view in all of Garden City condos. AWESOME.
Kitchen cabinet dishes/pot and pans could use a good overhaul and replace with matching and in good condition items. The rest of the kitchen has new appliances and it super. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was with the sliding glass door in the living room would not work. We called several times and it was never fixed. I noticed it has been mentioned in other reviews. Overall I would stay here again and was very pleased with the property.

A sweet condo with a great view.
I own a house down the street and was hosting a 65th Wedding Anniversary for my parents. I rented this condo for both peace and quiet as well as privacy to stay by myself. It was exactly what I needed and just 3 houses away from my Big Loud Greek Family.
The WiFi was not working, but I reported that to be fixed on my way out.

The house is accommodating, spacious, clean and perfect large groups. We had a total of 16 people, and had plenty of room. The location is perfect, with personal space on the beach. The pool is also a great convenience. The updates were fabulous. This was our second stay at Ocean Air, and won't be our last. We can do as much or as little as we want during our stay. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Our favorite vacation.

We always spend the winter months here in this area:Garden City/Surfside Beach. We found that this condo is one of the best on the beach!Recently remodeled in beautiful beach colors. The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous.

Could use a little more updating and a paint job, but it seems as they are doing a little bit at a time, which in understandable! Overall a GREAT place!! Very much enjoyed it. Great beach access!! Had a great time.

House was clean, roomy for a party of 8 and across the street from beach access. The fridge was too small for a house of that size, so daily grocery trips were necessary. There was also a dorm size fridge upstairs that fit a few items. Grocery stores were only a few minutes by car though
