Loved this unit. The shortest walk I have ever had to the beach...this is right on the beach; high tide actually hits the poles. Nicely furnished and clean and very convenient. The only issue we experienced was the condo building maintenance going on the week we were there 5/20 - 5/27/17. Pressure washing, painting, pool was closed for our last 3 days. None of these interfered much with out stay other than a longer walk to the beach when pool was closed. However, they did have a porta John I guess for the workers and it smelled horrible every time we left the place. I wish I had said something about it as it was quite nasty.

The location and overall condition of the house was terrific. Being on the inlet and right across the street from the beach was very convenient for everyone's needs. The only issue was what is considered the 4th bedroom, which we referred to as the cave. Being located off the back porch, very small, the door wouldn't stay shut and having to lock it with a deadbolt wasn't what we expected but isn't a deal killer. The only other issue I had was when I checked out, I was not greeted or thanked for using Garden City Realty. The fact is I told them which property is was and I got an "OK". If they had been busy at the time I would understand, but I was the only guest in there.

It was very easy to sign up for the house and the communications from Garden City were timely and accurate. Coe Haven is huge! I would suggest a propane grill should be included so it's not necessary to rent one.

the rental unit was everything we had hoped for, the room was well equipped and we could not have asked for anything else. Our kids had a great time on the beach and the surrounding attractions. on our second night there I proposed on the balcony to my girlfriend with our kids standing on the beach watching. it was a fabulous week even though we had a couple hours of rain but the hot tub and the rain mix well together. in total we rented 5 rooms with approx. 25 family members and all of us our planning our return trip next year. thank you so much.

This was the second year we stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the garbage disposal had to be cleared out when we got there, and then we had to call maintenance for the dishwasher which turned out to be broken. So we couldn't use it for the week.

I would make one suggestion that the owner put tv's in the other bedrooms.

We have stayed many times in garden city and this condo did not disappoint. It was clean, nicely decorated and the beds, balcony furniture and living room furniture were all comfortable. Kitchen could use an update but it was functional.

This condo was exceptional in location. I enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck while looking out over the ocean. My husband and I had a great weekend. This condo could be improved with a makeover; new kitchen appliances, replace carpet and linoleum with tile.

This is our second year at this location and I have renewed for next year. Great location at the beach with a deck that overlooks the water and provides a windscreen when necessary. Particularly enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs provided by the Condo HOA and located directly on the beach.

Good overall rental experience. Property was a little older and dated than some but clean and a great location. Exterior looked as if it was getting a makeover to some degree. Everything worked and there were more kitchen utensils than you usually find in a rental. That was nice. Corner balcony is a nice touch to this property and the location to Garden City pier and Murrells Inlet being 5 minutes away is really nice. We would rent again without hesitation.

The house was very roomy and comfortable for our family of eleven. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out for different activities for the various age groups. The pool was great for the young girls who sometimes get a little nervous in the ocean. our whole family doesn't get together very often, so it was a perfect place for us to reconnect and enjoy being together.
