The place was nice. the only problem I had was it was smaller than I had a well equipped kitchen but no space for food storage. The bedroom with the queen bed was really small. The bathrooms were really small. I didn't like the parking situation at all,one call had to park across the street.I liked the location being only a half mile from the pier.

We got this rental because we had rented another house and there was a problem with the rental so garden city recommended this house . The house was great just wished it was closer to the pier really a great rental garden city worked great with us to make a vacation we would remember Brad from the reality office was great he could not have done anymore than what he did to find us another rental all worked out and we had a great week. Nice condo. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated since some of the other posts and/or they just had a chance bad experience. Great location. Pool was cleaned daily.

Our penthouse condo was everything dreams are made of. The decor is very well done, in excellent condition and well stocked for anyones needs.
The staff at this building are very helpful and there immediately if you need them.

Unit is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Awesome views of the beach! Only negative was outlets in bathrooms didn’t seem to work, but we made due. Would absolutely rent this unit again! Very comfortable for the 8 of us.
