This property couldn't be more perfect! The 2 bed, 2 bath condo had a fully equipt kitchen! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived! It felt so much like home! And that view!! We watched the sun rise each morning over the ocean!! It was wonderful!

As seniors we weren’t familiar with streaming on main TV, the cable TV in the other bedrooms was temperamental. If I owned this unit, I remove both screens on the balcony’s. We loved everything thing about condo otherwise. Any interaction with the GC Realty was always prompt,informative and pleasant.

For the past 20 years our family has reunited from NC and VA to the Surfside area for the Christmas holidays. Getting away from "home responsibilities", we have certainly found our vacations most relaxing and enjoyable at Surfmaster's resort. Entertainment, shopping and eateries are abundant!

Had a great time here at this cottage. Would suggest that realty company look at the dishwasher nearest the road (north). It is missing some rollers which made it difficult to pull out and push in on the bottom. Also, the dishwasher nearest the ocean (south) may also be missing a roller or two on the bottom as well. Thanks for furnishing the linens, Garden City Realty. The pool was always clean. We were all thankful for the elevator what with all of our luggage and supplies for the house. The master bedroom has a duct or something hanging from the ceiling. Also, one of the master bathroom shower heads is missing.

Pool was excellent. House had the right "beachy" vibe. Lots of extras in terms of floats and beach toys. Large screened front porch was great for hanging out in early morning and late evening. Had an issue with gas tank being empty on grill. Called Garden City Realty at 5:35pm on Tuesday and by 6pm, gas was delivered and grill was lit which I thought was exceptional response.

Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay here. Layout of the rooms allows for privacy and cuts down on the noise that usually comes with a large family or group. Shore Bet is nicely decorated without there being too much stuff on walls, shelves or countertops. Closets are plentiful and large. This was the first vacation of many in the Surfside area that we did not stay right on the beach and we were pleased with the ease of getting to and from the beach, as it was honestly just a few steps more. Also with this property’s location, there is much less street noise. Pool area is very nice with trees providing perfect spots of shade. Wish that the pool light had been working properly so the kiddos could have enjoyed swimming at night. A bench or chair would be a great addition to the upstairs king bedroom, due to the height of the mattress. Additional seating in the main living area would better accommodate guests gathering together for tv viewing or conversation. Our group would certainly stay here again.

Murrells Inlet

We have been vacationing in Murrells Inlet for approximately 6 years and have always used GCR, wouldn't use anyone else. We arrived earlier than expected and the Staff went out of their way to get the unit ready for use. We always stay at Surf Master, this was our first stay in this Unit and I was very pleased with the décor, the comfort, everything about it. We had an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and it took several days for them to fix it, but that was it. Would highly recommend this unit. Weather completely cooperated too!!!

We enjoyed our trip and everything was wonderful!! Only disappointment was the pool was not cleaned. We called to report it but. No one ever came out the week we started. The same sand pile sat in the corner all week. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place, beachfront with a pool, couldn't ask for more. Our house was a little small and wasn't the easiest for someone in our family with a walker to maneuver around, but we will definitely go back again next year :)
