It was great. I took my 90 year old mom, nephew and niece. We loved the unit and especially the huge balcony. The view was beautiful. We cooked breakfast every morning and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the table. I only gave a 4 on property cleanliness because the unit was very clean but the floors going from the elevator were dirty.

This location and facility was one of the finest for the $$ that we have ever stayed at in the Carolinas. The only negative was the inability to get the DVR to respond to the remote, even after maintenance was there. Also, during check-in/check-out, the lady that assisted us has appeared to maybe been at her job a little too long. Not the friendliest, even following the above feedback. All that being said, would absolutely stay here again.

Rusty Pelican was the perfect vacation home for my family! We spent our days relaxing in the beautiful pool and our nights enjoying the tranquil view from the private dock. We will definitely book this home again!

this was our 3rd time staying at Madam Butterfly, we love it here! The cottage has absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some. We can't wait to come back next year! The cottage was nice and clean and beach was heavenly.

Sandy Paws is located perfectly. Easy access to beach and owner comps half of golf cart rental which is an awesome perk. Clean and well spaced house. Kitchen stocked well. Nice decks and pool area with plenty of nice seating and a nice hammock. Had a great time and would stay here again. Garden City Realty was great and helpful.

This was the third year we rented 409 and we plan on renting it again next year. Great view and the place is beautiful. Updated kitchen and bathrooms.Great place.

It was a good visit. The condo was mostly clean but the bedspreads were not clean. Other bed linens were thrower in the closet and seemed dirty. Condo could use some painting and replacing carpet in the bedrooms. Overall, we were okay with the condo.

There are still no hand rails on the interior stairs from the ground to the first floor. There are no steps or rails from the Inlet beach to the pier. The exterior front stairs need a hand rail small enough to wrap fingers around for safety.

Garden City Realty is the ONLY company to find your rental! We have rented from them about 12 or 13 times now. Every single person I've ever spoken to there is so sweet, helpful and makes you feel as if they truly want you to enjoy your stay. The house was completely spotless and well maintained. Could use new mattresses and new living room furniture. None of the chairs in the living room were usable because the springs were so worn out. The mattresses weren't very comfortable for the same reason. However the house itself was nice. Well stocked as far as kitchen appliances, utensils and dinner and glassware. Nice location. LOVED the covered back porch and the synthetic wood walkway (no spinters). We will definitely return and use Garden City Realty. I do wish I had know there was public beach access right beside the house with public parking. It made for a lot of people coming and going right beside the house all day. But not a huge problem. I just probably wouldn't have chosen that particular house had I known there was public parking right next door. At times it felt like we were in the movie Summer Rental. Lol

Excellent. House worked well for our family. Screened in porch added to our experience. Pool and hot tub were very nice as well outdoor whower. Elevator made house accessible for members of our party. The hall bathroom was for handicapped people but is used by everyone and the bathroom associated with the main bedroom on first floor has a tub shower and low toilet rather than a step in shower and raised toilet. Excellent view of beach and easy access to beach. Garden City Rental was efficiant in handling any questions and concerns we had.
