We came to celebrate my birthday with another couple. It was cold, but enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean! The condo was spacious, but could use some updating to bathrooms and decor. Master bedroom mattress was mushy...may need to be replaced.

The condo was lovely and spacious for the two of us. Views were great...loved all the windows. Though on the second floor, above the pool, the balcony and condo felt private. We appreciated having the pool and easy access to the beach, as well as the lovely 1-mile stroll to the GC pier. We'd love to come back.

We did enjoy our stay in 308. I kinda was clean and had all the amenities listed. I would recommend the owners provide additional pillows for the beds. If you plan on using the sofa bed, there are no pillows for it and only sheets. The shower and the master bedroom is very small and the set up of the showerhead is so that you have to stand against the back wall to shower. I would also recommend taking the broken wooden picture off the wall on the screened in porch. Right now it’s just hanging there ready to fall off.

This condo is exactly as described. The view is fantastic, you feel like you are right on the beach. It was very clean on our arrival, it has been nicely updated and maintained. We would love to return.

We have stayed at DD for several years, and love it. The yard and pool are a favorite for our young people- the cabana improvement(new chairs) were appreciated, as well as several furniture changes throughout. We understand why, but the downstairs with no windows is awfully gloomy. Otherwise it’s the perfect place for our 20 daily members!!!

This was the most incredible home we have ever stayed in for a family vacation. After the first day we all decided we would be booking this home again for next year. Sitting on the back porch looking at the ocean was a highlight for everyone. From ages 1-60 everyone in our group loved this home and we are looking forward staying for years to come.

It was great! We have stayed at Sun Dial several times and love it! it is great for the family. Main complaint is that the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Especially on the twin beds. Otherwise we loved our stay.

We rented this unit for a family vacation to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. We picked Garden City because the beach is easier to navigate for her than others. We have used Garden City Realty many times and they are always professional and great to work with. This is by far our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. The location is great. The unit was well designed and beautifully decorated. The location and view were spectacular. She was able to sit on the wraparound porch and feel like she was on the beach even on the days that she didn't feel like making it down onto the beach with us. The building has great security and is easily accessible for handicap. I would give this 5 stars if the kitchen was better organized and had better cookware. We like to be able to stay on the beach late and then come in and cook together and then relax and play games. The cookware was terrible and needs to be updated so we did very little cooking. On a positive note, one of our favorite restaurants The Conch Cafe is within walking distance (in the adjacent parking lot). One other disappointing thing was the mattresses. They need to be replaced. However, We would definately stay here again and had a wonderful vacation.
