Our stay at Waterforde 203 was wonderful. The condo itself has been updated, and was clean and cheerful. The gounds were a bit unkept from the winter, but the amenities have the potential of being very nice. Would definitely stay in the unit again, although the bed was a bit firm for our liking. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the walk-in showers in both baths were very convenient. The unit was very peaceful, and I could imagine many return visits.

we had a wonderful experience. this was our 4th trip using One Ocean Place. we were in unit 210 3 bedrooms. we love it and will continue to come each summer. the property was clean with plenty of towels and linens. I highly recommend this unit and the professionals at Garden City Realty are THE BEST!!

It was wonderfull. Everything was more than hoped for except the loud music somewhere beneath our condo at 606 so loud you could hear it clearly inside with doors shut.

Everything was as it appeared online and then some! Very private! Owners left a rum cake and t-shirt welcome gift, which was a nice touch. We have stayed at beach homes for years and never saw such a well appointed kitchen(serving dishes, wine glasses, griddle, crockpot, spices, the list goes on.) The dock is unbelievable- fridge, sound system, lights, very comfortable and many chairs. More than enough seating at pool, dining table, porch, etc. We put a deposit down for next year, the first time we have done so. Only suggestion would be to put a window ac unit in downstairs bedroom, as it wasn't as cool as the rest of the house.

This house is by far the best my family has ever stayed in. We have been vacationing in the Surfside/Garden City area for 6 years now, and recently started looking for rentals on the inlet. We hit the jackpot with this house. Tons of living space, dining, and entertainment spaces!! Has everything you could possibly need and more! There isn't a thing about this house that I would change. The homeowners have truly outdone themselves. We will be booking this home again, for sure!

We love this house! This will be our third year staying here. It’s always very clean and the kitchen has EVERYTHING! The covered pool is small but perfect for kids and rainy days. The beds are also very comfortable. We have not found any other house as great as this one!

I and My sons family have been coming to SC for years. We have always booked our Vacation with Garden City Realty. The place we wanted to stay was already booked so we tried One Ocean Place this time. I can't say enough good things about this place. We had a really Great time. Our check in was great, the condo was clean, in a great location and the people were wonderful. We are planning another trip next year and are going to stay there again. The condo was beautiful with a wonderful oceanview from the balcony. Newly decorated with lovely furniture from the living roon, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. We completely enjoyed our stay and certainly did not want to leave. The condo really created a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy our vacation. Would definately stay in this one again.

We have rented several different homes in the Garden City, and Surfside area over the past several years. The Beachside Windy Hill house was by far the best house we've ever rented! It was so beautifully decorated, and so spacious. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the front porch was perfect!! We will definitely be renting this house again in the future!
