It’s a good location near everything we wanted. The condo is spacious and had everything our family needed. We had 5 adults and 3 children and plenty of room. Very nice pool area. And being ocean front gave us great views. We enjoyed it very much and have made our reservations for next year!

This is our second year in a row staying at the sun dial. One of the better condo's I've stayed in. Great location. Clean rooms. Garden City is a great place to stay.

The room was very clean, very well furnished. The only complaint about the room was the water pooling on the deck and there seemed to be no drain to remove the water. We were not happy about the roof arangement over the deck with most of the deck not having a roof over it. We like to set on the deck during the day and the evening.

We really loved this condo. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and of Myrtle Beach. It was cozy and had everything that we needed including full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the dophines and ocean birds.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time we have spent in Garden City. Our unit was very well decorated. it is a rental unit so you do not expect everything to be perfect as you do at home. It was great waking every morning with the ocean out front.
