Vacation Rental was great! low season so beach was less crowded, weather was great this time of year and condo was very comfortable. Nice upgrade on bathrooms. Seal on fridge door may need to be replaced, doesn't seem to close all the way, need to be careful. Also, may want to check belt on AC unit, when unit kicks on, the fish on wall in the back bedroom shake! Overall great stay!

The house was clean and well maintained. The cake was really nice, reminded you that this was someones home not just some hotel room. As usual Garden City Realty was great to work with. They were calm when we were not, when we called to let them know we were running late on check out day due to us loosing the car keys while packing. (found them in the trash). Used Garden City Realty for all my house rentals and will continue to in the future as well! Great business.

The rental was ready early and we were allowed to check in. I like having towels and sheets provided, but having the washer/dryer to do my own laundry. I don't really like daily maid service. The towels were plentiful. Parking was good. I hope to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the space under the house for games and hammocks! Perfect location to the point for fishing and looking for shark teeth. Garden City realty was very informative with the check in and check out procedures. We made a lot of memories with our family and are looking forward to next year. Thank you for a great experience!

The rental experience with Garden City Realty was quick and convenient. There was a couple of problems with the rental unit. TV in bedroom only picked up local channels. WI-FI did not work properly.

Will book this property again.

Best oceanfront vacation home that we have stayed in. Very clean and cozy. My dog, Mugilla loved lounging on the oceanfront sundeck and taking walks on the beach!

Condo was spacious, clean, and recently updated/remodeled. The balcony was huge and wrapped around for a oceanfront and side view. Absolutely amazing views. Balcony furniture was super high quality and comfy. Pool and hot tubs were clean and well maintained. Parking is tight but I managed. I can’t say enough good things. My kids LOVED this condo.
