My family is all about fishing, this place is amazing for that. We caught shrimp, flounder, baby squid ( of course we let them go just let the grand baby watch them for a bit and touch them) blow fish, along with others. The back porch is wonderful, the pool was very nice and warm, just steps away from the amazing dock. We had our 6 yr old granddaughter and she played in the pool while we fished on the dock and I could see her the whole time. The house is nice, and any issues we had during our stay, upon calling they had all issues taken care of in very prompt time.( ex.last renters left the trash cans full) when called they came in their personal truck and removed it. Rental company was amazing to work with.... I would highly recommend garden city rentals and this property!!!!

Well maintained, nice place, very clean. Really enjoyed the pool & hot tub as the weather was not good for time at the beach. Nice deck with comfy chairs. Enjoyed the house amenities.

We picked this place because it looked like it had been freshly updated. Indeed it was. It was within close waking distance of Marlin Quay marina which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean!. There is no coffee maker here unless you bring gear for a Keurig. I did not. No TV in one bedroom. The pool looked so nice in the photos but when we arrived it was very dirty with leaves and even a beer can at the bottom. I spent time skimming the leaves out of the pool so that it looked well enough to swim in. It was cleaned out the day we checked out.
I will say that Pat at Garden City Realty was very kind and extremely helpful. They had nothing to do with the trivial things that upset me. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Married 29yrs. Have been coming for Ocean cove for 20 yrs. Love the scenery. Love the other renters. Garden city reality is top notch. I put brochure's in my work place. My kids were jealous of us because they love Myrtle beach also. Looking forward for our 30th anniversary next year with all 16 family members.
