Originally we rented Rusty Pelican for the second time, beautiful house on inlet with great fishing. Upon arrival, unfortunately they're was a horrible flea infestation. Contacted GCR immediately, and they took charge. Within minutes we were relocated to Driftwood Oceanfront. All the same amenities, beautiful home. Our family still had an amazing vacation. Thank you GCR, for stepping up and insuring that we'll still have an awesome time. We'll see you again next summer. Kudos to Robin and Lisa

Loved everything about the condo we were on the middle floor and the only thing was the people above could be noisy when walking.

When we arrived the house was clean and ready. It is on a peaceful and quiet street, of course it was after Labor Day so things are quieter here then anyway. There were a few issues...the ice maker did not work, a blind in the living room and a front bedroom was broken. A bulb was missing in a bedroom lamp but replaced right away by Garden City Realtor folks. All in all though a very nice and well kept place. We would definitely stay there again.

We stay in the Surf Master allmost every summer. Its Location is perfect if you want to be out of the ruckass of myrtle and enjoy the ocean, yet close enough to everthing to be only minutes from food, fun and whatever else yor looking for. I will keep bringing my family back.

This was another great rental through Garden City Reality. For this stay we enjoyed an amazing location P’s Pleasure. We had 8 golfers fly in and everyone was very satisfied with the entire experience. I will look to book this property again.

Liked unit and location very much. Would stay again. Did have 2 negative points. Saw 4 roaches inside which was a little unsettling. Though nothing was said to office, exterminator did come by while we were there. Also mattress cover on king bed was not as clean as we would like. Everything else was great, especially tv's.

We had a GREAT overall stay!!! The vacation rental was in a perfect location! The home was mostly clean and mostly in good shape. The small refrigerator for drinks was not working when we arrived, one of the shower doors was out of its track, and one shower was not draining properly. But these concerns were responded to quickly and thoroughly by vacation rental staff! The house did not have enough flatware to serve 16 people (the capacity of the house), but we purchased plasticware to fill in the gaps. Vacation rental management staff was extremely helpful and responded quite quickly to all of our concerns!! Thank you to Garden City Realty!

This condo was beautiful and it was obvious that someone put a lot of care into decorating, furnishing and caring for it. We were a party of 6; 2 adults and 4 children, and we all fit comfortably. We had all of the amenities to cook meals, bathe and sleep in comfort. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the beach! Our only problem was parking as we did not know ahead of time that the parking garage was very low and it did not fit our SUV with cargo carrier on top. Therefore, we were forced to find street parking and received several parking tickets due to poorly worded signs. This could easily have been prevented by including this information in the description of the unit/ resort. This did not ruin our trip but it was still an inconvenience and did cost us extra money. Overall, a great location otherwise.
