We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The unit was clean and recently updated, and we loved that there was netting around the balcony to ensure the safety of little ones. My only recommendation would be to add a few comfortable/lounging chairs to the balcony in addition to the high top chairs/table.

Very nice older beach house on the beach. The screened-in porch was great. Some of the mattresses were not the best and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Was pleased to find it had wifi, as it was not mentioned in the website description. Overall, very satisfied with the house and would rent it again.

Loved the back porch. Could only be better if it was screened in. Pool was pretty small and the water cold- if it was able to be warmed, we didn’t receive instructions on how/where the controls to do so were. The air conditioning was preset and ran constantly- it was cold in the house. That was pretty miserable during the night, especially with young kids. But the overall setup of the home was great for our large group of several couples with younger kids. The kitchen being fully equipped was helpful. The weather during our stay was perfect.

Great location and views. About half a mile from the pier. We could see the pool from our room as well. Very family oriented. The closet was full with extra chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.

Cons -
We do have complaints about the quality of beds and couch - very uncomfortable and need updating as others have mentioned. The couch coushions are extremely worn.
The shower door was about to fall off, one towel rack did fall down - twice. We also called about replacing a moldy shower curtain but never had a response. The maintance man did come and repair the damaged items quickly and was very friendly.

Overall we enjoyed the stay.
