Excellent spot, beautiful view, amazing condo! We have always rented houses but there was only our immediate family and not extended like usual so the condo was perfect for us. Despite their concerns for guest over short staffing due to pandemic issues, Surfmaster was safe, well maintained, clean, had a friendly staff and accommodating. Special thanks to Garden City Rental - their updated methods made the transaction from start to finish so painless and super easy with new technology and electronic check in etc. Literally a breeze! We were so impressed with everything! This unit is a gem. The owners have pride and it shows. Thank you for opening your home. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

This condo was beautifully appointed while feeling comfortable and homey. It has plenty of space for everyone. The views are spectacular and it is right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

These two properties were perfect for our family reunion. We had several very small children and the private pool was perfect for them. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal. Kitchen well furnished. Rental location was ideal. Really had no complaints about this rental.

Our vacation was nearly perfect! The house was amazing! There was plenty of space in the house for our 2 families & a few friends! Upon arrival at the house we noticed it was very warm throughout each floor (thermostat set at 75) In reading the leading agreement I understood not to turn the air lower than 72. The only level that ever maintained a comfortable 72 was the 3rd. One morning the second floor made it 72, however, it was only 62 outside! The first floor never made it under 74, even when it was cooler outside. That is the only thing that kept it from being absolutely perfect! Thank goodness the weather was tolerable I can’t imagine if it was 90’ or hotter & the house not being able to get any cooler. The house is on the perfect corner lot with the canal & pond & only the one house in close proximity! Loved the house & location! We all did!

We love this condo as it serves our needs perfectly. My in-laws are not always able to come down to the pool or beach but with this room situated just above the pool it's possible to carry on a conversation with them. Love the 's very peaceful. This is our favorite place that we have ever stayed at. My only suggestion is to have more dishes in the kitchen

The location and view were perfect. Everything was clean and in order. The lock did not work when we arrived and Maintenace quickly came. About mid week it quit working again. The unit was fine, but we had a lot of construction noise late at night (9:00) from the unit above us. maintenance could not help with that because the unit is privately owned. A little aggravating. But as a whole a very pleasant unit.
Should consider new rugs as the rugs are a trip and fall hazard. They stretch and curl on the corners and in center.

Wonderful house for a family vacation. We had 20 people in the house and never felt cramped in any way. Amazing kitchen! Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom with a bathroom and television. Having a 1 year old, the safety gates on the decks were a blessing! house is well maintained and in a great location.
