Overall we had a wonderful time. We had a slight hiccup when we first arrived but it was handled immediately and the cleaning supervisor was absolutely wonderful! She came in and addressed all the issues with the condo being improperly cleaned.

We had a group of ten and this house had plenty of room, clean, and great location. My family and friends had the best summer vacation!

My only recommendation the one bedroom w double and connected bathroom needs upgraded to queen mattress and replaced bed frame.

Very nice condo right on the beach. Very clean and well-equipped. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved the tile floors although we had to regularly sweep up the sand! A couple of suggestions- the living room couch is a bit tired, and the primary bedroom’s mattress/box spring was loud and uncomfortable. But overall the unit is well-maintained. We would stay here again.

overall the house was great. there were several issues though:
1. mirrored door on closet was falling off. Garden City Realty responded quickly and removed.
2. dishwasher wouldn't drop pod. we placed pod manually.
3. main sliding doors were very hard to open.
a. GCR, sent maintenance who tried to fix but couldn't
b. Window World was sent and had to replace rollers... GCR aske me to wait around to let them in so i lost the entire morning with my family on the beach to do this... GCR should have had their maintenance meet with them instead of asking their paying guest.
4. hot tub caused chemical burns. Pool guy was sent and he adjusted the chemicals. after this, the hot tub smelled bad. not sure if it was chemicals or something else. most didn't want to get back in.
5. pool heater worked the 1st day. after that the pool was cold even though the heater claimed it was 84.

The four of us loved the condo at Penthouse I. The view was breathtaking and the patio furniture afforded ample opportunity for all of us to be out enjoying it. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the TVs were great. The only thing that we all complained about were the uncomfortable beds, but, otherwise,the experience was truly enjoyable. We would gladly come back again.

We love 306 One Ocean Place and have stayed here 5 times. The unit is always clean and features are as shown in photos and details. The updates in the master bath are amazing! The chairs that replaced the stationary hammock were a welcomed change. All the decor is beautiful. A lounge chair on the balcony would be fantastic.

We had rented Marlin Quay 104 as a last-minute decision. The rental process was fairly simple, folks at the agency were top notch. We were lucky to snag a condo with a view of the marina. The place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. We did have two small issues, nothing to warrant not coming back, which were reported to the agency. Planty of attractions nearby, two restaurants right next door. We highly recommend staying at the Marlin Quay.

We were an extended family group of around 35 people, from babies to grandparents, and rented both sides of the house. Loved the large kitchens, dual fridges and dishwashers, and ample seating, as we had all our meals at the house. Location was convenient to airport, grocery stores, and day-trip options. Beach was nice and so close, with lovely views from the balconies. We ended up using the pool more than we expected and it was a fun gathering spot for all ages. The 16 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy, and with enough space to gather in the common areas or on the porch. We had a few minor maintenance requests during the week, which were handled promptly. Already looking forward to our next stay at P’s and T’s!
