It was really nice. Needs a new refrigerator. Toilet know needs fixing. Air in kitchen water line. But very nice. Peaceful and beautiful. Nice ocean front spot as well. We would stay here again.

Despite the elevator being broken our family had a great time. Ample space and beautiful views of the ocean and inlet. The unit had a nice beach theme. Kitchen has a big skylight but nighttime cooking can be dark with no overhead light. We were visited by a mouse but we informed maintenance.

The rental was wonderful. I definitely needs a paint job and bathrooms could be updated, but overall was great. I was a little annoyed that they did not even put a mattress pad on the king bed. Loved the tile and furniture - so much better than rugs and fabric. Jacuzzi was great. A/C worked great. Very often have a problem on vacation. During the day you did have to close the blinds or the sun did heat the place up a bit.

My girlfriend and I hadn't been on vacation for a very long time. We did quite a bit of research looking for a nice place to stay on the beach. A friend recommended SurfMaster.The recommendation was spot on! The booking, payment, check in and check out processes were easy and they supplied all necessary documentation promptly. All personnel were friendly. The complex overall was clean, our first requirement, parking was not an issue for us although this has been a complaint in many other was good to see the presence of security personnel. The pool and hot tub were clean. Our room was very well decorated and very clean. The kitchen was adequately supplied and the AC was great. The view from any of the unit was magnificent which we took advantage of many times having dinner on the balcony. It was so nice being oceanfront allowing us to beach and come back to the condo for eating, etc. So SurfMaster get's an "A" overall. Myrtle Beach itself was also nice. The boardwalk was trashy and disappointing. This area definitely needs to be cleaned up. On the positive side we greatly enjoyed Atalaya and the Brookgreen Gardens. While both our kids are grown I believe that there are many nice attractions to keep everyone happy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend SurfMaster and Myrtle Beach to others looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

I have been a property owner for 30 years in Garden City. I have been very excited about the occupancy rate of my unit for the past four years with Garden City Realty. I cant say enough about the efficiency of the staff, their communication and the ability to resolve conflict when it occurs. Whether we are dealing with a water heater, air conditioning, or a hurricane the proactive approach they have of handling both the renter and the owner is fair, equitable and leads to long term profitable rents. I would recommend Garden City Realty to anyone who needs a company they can trust and looking for good cash flow from their investment property at the beach.

My husband and I had not visited Myrtle Beach in approx. 10 years. Previously had stayed at Waters Edge Resort and were sure we wanted to stay there again. Our experience this last time was way above par! We loved going through Garden City Realty as the transition was smooth. The condo of 1406 was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The view was spectacular. We will definitely stay here again and will request this particular condo. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

This was our first time in Garden City and we were very pleased. South Wind #2 was perfect for our last minute get away. Very clean, location was great and the fenced yard for the dogs was awesome!! Definitely would recommend this rental to a family looking for a conveniently located rental.

Very positive. Everything good condition . Keyless entry needs some maintenance maybe battery going down. It was difficult to work at times. Commode in hall bathroom had to hold handle down to complete flush. But very satisfied. We have stayed here at least 4 years and look forward to next year already.

This unit and this location - fabulous. Unit 1209 felt just like home. The decor and comfort were perfect. Not to mention the view from the top floor. Our only visitors were birds flying by - some with large fish being carried away! The unit was well cared for and clean. It is just about a mile to the Garden City Pier which is well worth the walk - excellent food, coffee and views - with seating both covered and out in the sun. Many good restaurants close by, too. Visited Murrells Inlet which is a gem itself. Broadway at the Beach also about 15 minutes away. Felt like vacation and home at the same time. Surfside Pier is still under construction but nearby are parks and some weekly festival type events with vendors, etc. Also, quite a few good restaurants there, too. Would highly recommend this location and unit to anyone. Having 1.5 baths and option of sleep sofa in living room makes this a good choice for 1-4 people. There is a privacy door in hall between Master bedroom and bath area and half bath and living room, kitchen area. Should also mention fabulous view of ocean from the kitchen, dining and living room area with lots of light. Balcony was large and provided sunrise, sunset and breezes.

The rental was very nice however a the blinds need to be fixed or replaced. The slats on the blinds in the living room for the sliding glass door are going all different directions. The blinds in the window in the living room are missing a slat. Some of the slats on the blinds in the master bedroom are broken. If you try to close the blinds some of them stay open because the top part that holds them in is broken. Other than these few minor things the rental is very nice overall.
