We are long-time visitors to the Grand Strand and have returned to Portofino 321A for three years in a row. The location is perfect, both for parking, beach access, and convenience to food and entertainment. The house is well-equipped to handle families for sleeping, dining, and comfort.

I was very pleased with this property. Apon arrival it was very clean and neat. The inlet and the floating dock was an added bonus to the already close proximity to tue ocean which was one block away. Waking up to the inlet veiw was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back next year.

As a contractor, I enjoyed the opportunity given to us and cannot thank the supervisor staff enough. They were patient and helpful and took a lot of the stress away! Hopefully, we can return next season.

Overall experience was great minus a few interruptions! One unexpected interruption was delivery of a heat pump and then another by workers installing it and 3 other times by workers either cleaning pool or setting temp on pump or just checking on the pool area walkway. I would suggest that the workers try and do repairs or installation when guest are not there using the home. I would not come when they are using pool or block the driveway. Other than this happening we enjoyed Poohs Corner!

This was our second year at this location and have already booked for 2022. The home is very clean and we love the fenced in yard for the dogs. Being a block from the beach makes access very easy.

The inside of the home was very well equipped with everything needed; especially the kitchen. Have 2 refrigerators - one upstairs and one down - was such a BONUS. The washer and dryer looked new and worked perfectly. We had more than enough space as we had 6 people staying here. The front and back deck made it easy to go downstairs based off of where you were in the home. Renting a golf cart is a must with this location being located b/t the pier, marina, and grocery store. The pool was well maintained and was serviced at least 3 times during our stay. The pool was ideal with the wall separating the shallow from the deep (we had a 2 year old staying with us). It would of been very beneficial if the decking from the house was extended to the beach a few more feet as the sand was extremely hot. No grill was a downer, but no sure it was listed as part of the property. The vents and under dressers maintained by the cleaning service could of been better as there was dust in both. We would definitely stay here again!

Our week in Garden City Beach was fantastic. The condo was very nice and we loved the new kitchen and flooring. We have stayed in this unit the last few years! The location is so handy and the view is amazing. We love this corner unit. We've already booked it for next year!

We got this unit for a great price and when we got inside I was really impressed on how clean and nice it was. WIFI was not the greatest (I was trying to work remotely due to COVID) but the appliances were all clean and relatively new and worked perfect. If you are looking for a clean, affordable property, then come on in! Also, Garden Realty was VERY pleasurable to deal with, highly recommend.
