Ashley and the Owner Services team, maintenance, and housekeeping have done an outstanding job managing and maintaining my oceanfront beach house. As a first-time beach property owner, I have been very pleased with the bookings, revenue, and maintenance performed on the house. Even with the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the team came up with a great plan and pulled through with an impressive number of bookings. We had a great time! GCR was very accomodating getting house cleaned & getting us in early. It was sppreciated. I would like to express a concern I have for renting the property again. I feel that when I’m paying that much money for property and I have the view that Poohs corner offers me of a sunset I would like to be able to watch it comfortably. There was no place to sit under the house to enjoy the breeze, and there was no place to sit other than a Walmart stackable chair on the back porch. If you’ve ever sat in the plastic stackable then chairs that they had at the property you would understand why this was unacceptable. For this reason I Would have to consider not renting Poohs corner again until they can actually put some furniture on the porches. Other than that the only other suggestion I would have is to maybe upgrade the kitchen supplies. It felt like someone went to the homeless shelter and just picked up a bunch of pots and pans and utensils instead of a home having a stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable the furniture was very nice inside the location is perfect and these are minor changes that I would offer a suggestion to the owner to change.

it was a very nice rental. OUr only problem was the little red ants on the last 2 night that took over the back yard and they bite. They were all over and got into the jacuzzi so we could not even use it. Other than that the kitchen was well stocked and the place was beautiful.
