They are the best!

I can't say ENOUGH on how good we were treated while at Surf master just prior to Hurricane Mathew. My husband was sent to the hospital and I was trying to juggle all that had to be done. The Crew at the Surf master office offered to take my dog out for his needed duties while I was gone. Thanks for such a great personal touch. It feels so good that Garden City office at Surf master was so gracious to me in my trying time. I can't THANK THEM ENOUGH. They are the best.

Had a great stay and the home is perfect for a large family. Contacted the management company that the bedroom on the left side was warm and found that the vent was covered over when the new floor was installed. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Great location to see the ocean. Loved the view all the way up the coast to the Grand Strand! Room was perfect layout for accommodating my physical restrictions ie. Floor plan and size of wasn't working but prompt maint. Appeared to not have been rented for awhile; not dirty yet not super clean. Pullout sofa poor condition for sleeping.

Our family has rented our beach house through Garden City Realty for over 25 years. During this time their entire staff has operated with the highest integrity. Their support services (cleaning and property maintenance) have always performed in an excellent manner. Their property owners group has always been very professional, responsive, and thorough in their market analyses in preparation for adjustments of future rental rates. As a result, we have averaged about a 90% occupancy every year. Finally, the head of Garden City Realty has always provided wise and sound counsel to our family over the years as the management of our beach house has moved from one generation to the next. In summary, I highly recommend Garden City Realty and consider them to be the premier organization in Horry and Georgetown counties.

The property was located in a good area. All we needed was in close proximity and our meeting location was only minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The elevator was an added bonus because we had ladies in our group that couldn’t walk up stairs. It was a great retreat and we will probably rent again.

We loved the Gause House what a neat house it was very comfy and homey. It has so much character beautiful tongue and groove ceilings and walls. Beautiful old hardwood floors. We loved the antique furniture too. The only thing we would suggest is ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the porch. The location was great easy access to the beach. Loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee. I would also love to see old pictures of the house and its owners when it was built that would be neat. We will definitely stay again!!!

So we started off the day before we were supposed to be at our vacation house with a call from the realty company that our house we had last year and scheduled to be there the next day had water damage from an AC leak and couldn't be repaired in time. We were sent pics of several similar units and we made the best choice we could looking at the pictures. We dreaded not having the house from last year...However we got there and the house was wonderful - definitely tons nicer than the pictures that were online. Very well decorated, lots of little extras (games, books, videos, beach and pool toys) The salt water swimming pool was fantastic also! We definitely had a great week and didn't want to leave!

Outstanding condo! Everything was new and beautifully renovated. Would recommend light-blocking curtains in the master bedroom, but otherwise everything was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. We really only needed to find a 1 bedroom, but rented this 2 bedroom, because it looked so nice. I love the big multiple windows, with lots of natural light.

The home was in a beautiful , quiet location. The view of the channel was great, nice and peaceful mornings to wake up and go sit on the dock and drink coffee . The home itself was great with eveything we needed for the week stay. The walk to the beach was short and not too far of a walk to the Garden City Pier. I would recommend this property to anyone going down to Garden City.

Loved the porch and rocking chairs. That was my favorite place at night and in the morning. The living room was not real comfortable with the wicker furniture. All beds were good. The upper bedroom with just one bed should have at least a single bed also for children
