We were there with family and this was a very comfortable unit. We did not use the couch as a bed since we all like to stay up late and were in the living room. Loved the 2nd level close to parking.

The property was ideally located (across the beach with convenient access to the swimming pool. The property was really clean and organized. The only constructive feedback is that some of the furniture needs updating and several light bulbs were missing or not working. Overall, we loved the place.

We loved the IR house, it had everything we needed to make our stay awesome. The only suggestions I could make to improve the property and our stay would be to add wifi and clear room in the kitchen to provide a pantry.

Rental is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It could use a few new skillets and pans in the kitchen. But overall a place we would love to return to.

The weather was awesome. We love staying at BH 317. Its close to everything and just a few steps from the beach! Its always clean and has everything you need. The new TVs and new mattresses for the beds made it the best place to stay!

We enjoyed our fabulous view.The room was clean and decorated very cute. It was a great location. It was a little warmer than my A/C at home, I would recommend the owners keep some floor fans there to help circulate some air. Other than that it was good.

Loved this unit. Top floor and very quiet! Only detail we didn't like was there were no restrooms on lower floor by pools. You either had to go back to your condo or use a port a potty!

The condo was just what we expected. Close to the Beach, Great View and close to things we wanted to do. I would like to see closer parking to the condo for guests/visitors. I also think that the mattresses in each room needs to be updated. Everything else was just fine.
