What an awesome experience! Very clean house with a FANTASTIC pool! i cannot remember the last time we were able to kick back and relax like we did last week. So close to the beach and yet just out of reach of the pesky sand! The pool and hot tub were obviously new and well used while we were there. Our family will absolutely be back year after year! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I went to the beach for the first time in 30 years just the two of us. We celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful time. You are steps from the beach with this house. The house is just the right size for two or a small family. We will definitely return. What a way to kick off the summer!

Clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful view.
Kitchen was well stocked. Only downside is they set up umbrellas and chairs for rental across the entire location so a front spot on the beach isn’t possible right out from the condo.

WE enjoyed another great stay at Compass Rose 42. We love the location and views. The condo has two updated bathrooms and the water stayed hot for multiple back to back showers (an improvement over last year). The kitchen is stocked nicely. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in the den and kitchen. We loved the new keyless entry as it was easier than keeping up with the keys. Only issues we had were there were no oven mitts/pot holders. Note the kitchen is dark at night as there are no overhead lights. If you like to cook after the sun goes down the only lights you have are from the bar area. We have already booked for next year.

This is a beautyfull clean unit. Bathroom tub faucets are leaking as are the bathroom sinks. Outside property ( deck area) became dirty ( sand) after a week without cleaning. This is a very nice place to vacation. Tough to rent a 3 bedroom with only one parking space. The unit is very nice, comfortable.
