My family and I wish we would have known it was bike week! We three kids 2 and under - there were a lot of sleepless nights because of the motorcycles driving up and down the street all hours of the night. Otherwise, the house is nice. It could have been cleaned better - the tile floors were dirty. They have updated the living room furniture which looks nice and compliments the decor. Pool area is great and the location is awesome.

Amazing house with a breath taking kitchen and views. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and well taken care of. LOVE this house!!! We will always stay here. Location was perfect!

It was awesome! The room was exactly as described on the rental site. It was very clean, and the living room furniture was comfortable. The oceanfront deck was roomy, and we spent many hours there. We also loved having an oceanfront bedroom. Listening to the ocean waves at night was very soothing. The only complaint we have is with the king mattress. It was firm, but not that comfortable. It wasn't unbearable, and we have had much worse. We would definitely stay there again.

My stay for 2 weeks in November was wonderfully relaxing. The beach was nearly empty. The condo is lovely, clean and well stocked.

We enjoyed the area, was good for walking nice having beach across street. we enjoyed breakfast on balcony watching boats moving in and out of marina, and hearing music from marshwalk on weekends sitting on balcony.

Great beach-front condo with heated pool and assigned parking. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything from a portable playpen to board games. Also, the condo unit has a "Borrower's Corner" with beach chairs, sand shovels, and boogie-boards.

The condo and the complex did not disappoint. The only complaints were not having a key pad on the door and the wifi was terrible. We still enjoyed our stay.

This house is conveniently located right across the street or the beach and public beach access. Nice furniture and recently updated. Dog friendly and has a community pool right behind the house. The only negative is there is a lot of light from the condos across the street that comes in the house at night. I would recommend this house for your vacation.

Location and provisions were great. Have to say this was the cleanest seasonal rental I have ever rented. Garden City Realty is great to work with. The only reason we are not renting again is that there was no place to store or lock our bikes.
