We truly enjoyed the accommodations. The staff, as always, was extremely helpful prior to and during check-in.

We did experience a situation relating to unexpected construction in an adjoining unit which caused some unforeseen inconvenience. However, the property management was quick to address the situation and provide a positive resolution to the matter which was greatly appreciated.

We look forward to returning next year.

Sunspree is a duplex, and having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms is great for a lot of people, since there can be quiet on one level and noisier activity on the other. And we definitely needed 2 refrigerators. The house is so close to the beach that you can go back and forth many times a day, and it's one of the least crowded sections of beach that we saw. The pool was the major gathering place, with a large shady patio for pool-side socializing. The property had some structural problems (cracked cement around the pool, a loose railing on the back stairs) but was very clean and functional. We had family ranging in age from 1year to 88 years, and we all loved it.

I enjoyed my stay very much, the house was very cute and clean for the most part. The house could of used ceiling fans and a tv in every room. The location was good, it is located within walking distance to beach.
Some great resturants close by as well and driving minutes to other attractions.
