Good for most part. Commodes overflowed, leak from somewhere next day in ceiling of carport, AC unit in apartment is constantly cutting on/off and making lot of noise, treelimbs over back dirt driveway need trimming badly--cars get scratched.

Seafari Sands exceeded our expectations. This was our family's first trip to Garden City and the accommodations were perfect. The house sits back against the inlet with a nice deck to enjoy the sunsets. Also, the walking distance to beach make this a great rental. You won't be disappointed with your stay at Seafari Sands.

I have been a property owner for 30 years in Garden City. I have been very excited about the occupancy rate of my unit for the past four years with Garden City Realty. I cant say enough about the efficiency of the staff, their communication and the ability to resolve conflict when it occurs. Whether we are dealing with a water heater, air conditioning, or a hurricane the proactive approach they have of handling both the renter and the owner is fair, equitable and leads to long term profitable rents. This is our second time staying in Penthouse C and it's been a great experience both times! It's always spotless and extra towel and sheet sets are wrapped and are everywhere! The sheets are already on the bed as well which was really nice and the kitchen is fully stocked, there's even an air fryer if you need it! 10/10 would recommend! Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had plenty of space!

Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to the beach is 1 block. Having a pool is great for the grandchildren (10&12). Having WIFI is a bonus. Parking is tight but manageable. Have rented this cottage for several years.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Dial 32. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and very well equipped. The views from the balcony were beautiful! It was so nice to wake up and sit out on the balcony to watch the sun rise. The spiral staircase from our balcony down to the pool area was such a nice convenience. I would definitely consider this property again in the future.

A cozy retreat for a couple or small family. Fully stocked with soaps, paper towels, toiled paper and other essentials. Kitchen is a joy to use and the back deck is perfect for surf and people watching. Stairs are a challenge for old folks but well worth the4effort.. We'll be back..

What a great condo at a great location. Absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach and the pool was very clean. One of the best vacations we ever had, and a lot of it had to do with the condo. The condo was very clean, and was kept up to date. Loved the big TV to watch the game and loved having both patios (front and back). Will absolutely rent here again.
