Golf and Gambling get a way to this perfect spot! Golf courses close by. Food close by! Great to wake up with a view of the sunrise and ocean. Garden City Pier is a walk away. Condo is well kept and clean. Call Mary and she’ll hook you up.

We have rented several different homes on the ocean in Garden City but Metzler's Beachhouse tops them all!! The home was well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, the views were spectacular! The pool being partially shaded was a welcome respite from the hot sun! Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. We definitely plan a return to this wonderful home!

Loved our stay here! The condo was great and gave me and my 2 daughters room to spread out. Nice porch with great ocean view. Only complaint was that the pool was full of leaves and debris, including a chair that sat in the pool for days. Really needed to be cleaned. Also I would've liked an inside chain for the front door. The maids tried to come in early and I was in the shower.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. Me and my husband Michael brought my Mom down she is handicap,she hadn't been to Beach in awhile. We loved the room it was very clean and beautiful. It is nice when you go on vacation and knowing the room you stay in is took care of. It was priceless when we got in room and Mom was tickled with it and seeing the beach. We had a wonderful time. We have stayed in this complex before. Very nice and covenant. There is no carpet anymore either. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great time and would recommend this place. Also very good to have bathroom you can use in the lobby. The place is very well taken care of.
