Surfside Beach, SC

FANTASTIC!!

Bobby Streett showed us tremendous compassion, patience, and understanding during the entire process of selling our house. We leaned heavily on his vast professional knowledge in advising us in all areas along the way. In my line of work, I deal with the public everyday, and I would highly recommend Bobby Streett to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Surfside/Garden City Beach area. He was fantastic!

We were pleased overall with our experience. It's mere steps from the beach, didn't even need beach cart it's just that close. Could use an outdoor umbrella /sunshade at table on deck. Also I would recommend a total remodel of Jack and Jill bathroom. No one liked that one. Overall great deck, beatiful sunroom. Parking is a bit tight but manageable with 3 vehicles

We had a great vacation at Sunspree. It was our biannual family reunion. We had 19 from age 6 to 82 with some from as far away as WI. There was ample room and space for all. The first floor was great with access without stairs. The pool was so nice in the late afternoons. And the Pavilion in the back yard was a hit. The weather was great; the beach was super nice and close; it was quiet at the house but you could easily get to any activities that interested you. We had a blast!

My family & I had a wonderful week at Heaven Can Wait. In fact, I have it reserved for next year. My great-granddaughter loved the pool & I have the videos to look back on to prove it. House was great & kitchen was like being home. Everything you could possibly need. Thanks, Garden City
