Love the location, love the condo! This is a nice quiet area, so if you want the loud roaring sound of motorcycles, this is not the place to stay. But you are only 5 minutes away from all the action! Personally I loved the showers, walk in showers with a seat in them.I hate bath tubs.

Parents and 2 grown Sons and their Wives loved the condo's furnishings, comforts and views. Couple of small maintenance problems unaddressed, kitchen needs more utensils and we witnessed a handful of cockroaches in the condo. The building was spraying though.

This was definitely our favorite rental we have ever stayed in at garden city. The location was just perfect for us. We were celebrating my moms 82nd birthday and wanted something easy and accessible for her to enjoy the beach. The beautiful screened in porch and veranda off her bedroom were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy staying in and cooking some nights. Such a great location for going out to eat or shop. We will definitely return!!

Very satisfied with our “new” rental!! At the last minute our reservation had to be changed due to damage at our original rental. Robin assisted us to find a comparable unit and she did! We were so happy with our rebooked rental we want to return to it next year! We are waiting for the opportunity to book this unit for next May. Thanks Garden City Realty for allowing our vacation to be epic and not lost!

This is the 8th consecutive year that we have stayed at Purple Reign. There have been continued improvements from year to year. The addition of a hot tub was this year’s surprise! Needless to say we love it here! Kitchen is abundantly stocked with everything so the meal choices become endless. The area under the house gives play space for the kids. . . even in non-beach weather. The sunsets over the marsh are always breathtaking. Our extended family travels from Georgia and Tennessee to gather with us South Carolinians for our yearly vacation at this family friendly facility.

We were happy with the property. It suited our needs very well. The kitchen was well-equipped.
We have 2 issues. A large watermelon was left in the refrigerator and we found it wneh we arrived on the 17th. The refrigerator should be totally cleaned out at the end of a stay. Also, we could never get the TV in the bedroom with two beds in it to work. We called maintenance on Monday, June 19, and left a message regarding the TV that did not work. We also requested replacement of a light bulb in the hall from maintenance. We never received any response from maintenance regarding either issue. It was difficult to see the controls on the washer/dryer in the darkened hall.
We have used Garden City Realty for many years with no problems, The issue with no response from maintenance was very unexpected and unfortunate.
