This was the first year we stayed for 2 weeks and this condo became home. It was spotless on our arrival, the views were beautiful. The finishings are top of the line. We bought and left items for other families to enjoy (puzzles and cards), someone mentioned a Swiffer being needed, we bought and left one there. If we do not buy before next year, we will again stay in this condo!

The property was super clean, and it is so much nicer than the pictures. Our only complaint was the thermostat was auto-controlled somehow to go up to 74 degrees. You could manually control it during the day by continually setting it to a lower temp, but during the night it was a problem. If you don't mind a warm room, this property is otherwise delightful, has a great location, and the the complex is great for families. With a lower set temp, this rental would get a five star.

We stayed for the first time with another couple in Penthouse C for a week in September 2015. The open floor plan was great with beautiful views of the ocean. For being a penthouse we thought the outdoor furniture could have been nicer and the concrete deck floor could have been painted. There were many stains on it. The living room furniture was very nice. Although the bathrooms were clean the tile needed some work. There also was not a lot of storage in the bathroom. The second bedroom had a very small old television but living room had a large flat screen tv. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs.

We love staying at the Beach House, our Condo 206 was very nice and comfortable. On two occasions we had minor problems and Garden City Realty was right there to take care of things.

Our only complaint with our stay was there was only one TV in the condo and it was a small TV. There should at least be one more in one of the bedrooms. We have stayed at Sandy Shores II for several years as a friend of ours has a condo in the complex and we love the location to the beach as well as other activities.

The Lazy "O" is beautiful! Well maintained, very clean, great location. Would love to stay there again. We needed help with operating the TV in the great room. Scott from Garden City Realty expertly and patiently showed us how the TV worked. The next day, while I was outside in the driveway, he stopped by (on his way to a call) and asked if all was still well with the TV. You can't beat that for going above and beyond in providing great customer service! Upon my return home, I thought I had left my cell phone charger. I called GCR, spoke to Diane, who did everything she could to help me. As it turned out, I found my charger; I had not left it after all. But, Diane, just like Scott, went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to help me. GCR will indeed get my business in the future!

One Ocean Place is a great place to stay! Condo 1110 is on the south end of the building and you have a spectacular view on three sides! We loved the new bathrooms remodeled this year and the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped! It looks exactly as described. The pool area is nice, even though because of Covid we could not use the lounge chairs. We enjoyed our stay there with our children and grands! The only negative I can think of is they need new mattresses! They definitely are old and need to be replaced! We would absolutely stay here in the future! Garden City Realty makes check- in easy!

Stay was nice. Location several blocks from beach however we knew this and had no issues with the location. Rented a golf cart from S2 golf carts. House was clean upon arrival. Pool and in ground tub were great. Lounge area outside was nice however fans didn’t work. The only issue I had were the beds. They were all pretty firm. I dealt with it, however they could be nicer. it seems to be a common theme in rentals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have all ready booked for our return.

Overall excellent accomodation, but Unit is overdue for general, but not expensive, refurb. Settees need cleaning, Kitchen cupboards should be sanded and re varnished, all sinks and baths need cleanout (slow draining), cutlery and crockery OK for 2 but should be augmented for 6 plus...e.g.only 1 teaspoon. BUT nicely decorated would recommend.

This is our second time staying at Atalaya Towers. Its a great location in a much quieter area for visiting myrtle beach and we love being so close to the pier. The condo itself was very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced and is very uncomfortable but other than that we would stay there again. I'm sure we will be staying at Atalaya Towers again in the future.
