The overall condo was very nice with a great view of Murrell’s Inleti. The only thing I would change is the King mattress, it needs to be replaced The condo was clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. We leave stayed in the Marlin Quay complex several time and it is well maintained an upscale. It is within walking distance to two restaurants and across the street from the beach. Great sunset views from the balcony across Murrell’s Inlet.

We enjoyed the dining room as we ate together every night with 10 people, age 5-90! The proximity to the beach was our best ever for a rental. Bedrooms are spacious. Happy the main areas are tile, carpets seem a little tired.

Overall we had a great time. I'm not sure who cleaned the condo before we got there, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better( hair in tub and around commode). Also, the tub needs to have Liquid Plumber added. When we showered, water rose to our ankles and was extremely slow to drain.

We had an enjoyable two months stay at Surf Master, 1105. The condo is very comfortable and close to several restaurants and shopping. The building and grounds personnel do a great job. Our thanks and appreciation to Robin and Pam at Garden City Realty. Their friendly and professional attitude is what makes Garden City Realty voted number one.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit (104) and we will do so again. It is beautiful, well mantained and ocean front! We were so happy to be able to stay an entire week. Went by too quickly. We will hopefully find this unit available when we plan
our next trip. It is home away from home. Just lovely!

What an awesome experience! Very clean house with a FANTASTIC pool! i cannot remember the last time we were able to kick back and relax like we did last week. So close to the beach and yet just out of reach of the pesky sand! The pool and hot tub were obviously new and well used while we were there. Our family will absolutely be back year after year! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

The condo was great to stay for the price. Great view and location. Added bonus with the washer/dryer and know for next time to pack less clothing. Overall stay was fantastic. Only downside was that the room was not ready at 4pm.

The Waddington House was awesome! The house was very clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Three minute walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time and the house was exactly as described. A few minor things came up but maintenance came quickly and customer service was wonderful.

Had a great time at Heaven Can Wait! Location of the property was wonderful and amenities were great (pool and hot tub). Areas of improvement would be to add a grill, fix latch on back deck gate and ensure all bathrooms are clean (one was not and needed a new shower liner) Otherwise, the property and location were as advertised and accommodated our group comfortably.

We found this rental to be just as described. The condo was clean and efficient. The added linens were wonderful. Garden City never disappoints and this condo helped enhance our experience with a perfect view and the amenities were wonderful to enjoy. We only have two things that would make it perfect - 1) the fitted sheets didn't fit properly. Maybe deep pocket sheets would fit better. 2) the beach umbrella rentals were so close together that it blocked access to the beach. It was a great inconvenience for both the umbrella renters and those making their way to the beach. Lifeguard seemed not to care about the wall of umbrellas.
Other than those two items we had a wonderful vacation and would rent here again.
