We had a great time. The place was in a perfect spot. Steps from the beach. The only issue we had was that none of the TVs would work and one would not even come on. But we only wanted to watch TV at night so no big issue. Great amenities. Plenty of things to do in a central location. Thank you for the stay.

We had a great time staying at this house. We have stayed a few others but this is our favorite. It is close to everything but far enough away that it is very quiet and not very crowded on the beach. The staff at Garden City Realty was very courteous and helpful.

The Cathey's could not have left one body of water where we live and gone anywhere more perfect! Inlet Joy was clean, spacious, comfortable and the private boatramp with the dock was the best!

The property was exactly as pictured. The unit was clean with everything on hand that we needed for our month long stay.There were plenty of linens provided and having a washer dryer in the unit was fabulous! The location was incredible, right on the beach with gorgeous views 24/7. We put in a couple of calls to maintenance for very minor issues and they were very responsive and pleasant.The area was quiet, as we were there off season. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, a really great place to stay.

We had an excellent experience renting Afterdeck 102. The property was updated, clean, and had the amenities that we required. We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future!

This condo was fantastic! It was on the side but had a great view of the ocean even from the bed!! Sunrise in bed was great! It was very clean and the decorations were beachy and homey! There were even chairs, shovel, and other "beach" stuff in the closet to borrow. I have stayed in many places and this one was the best!
