The beds still had the plastic that they come new. Was hot to sleep in and sheets would not stay on bed. Me and my husband sweated all night due to the plastic. Front porch receptacle needs replaced.Slow drain on MB tub.Would rent again if plastic on beds replaced with mattress protectors, this is only reason I would not recommend

We love Channel of Blessings! It's a great house with an amazing view! All of the amenities are great! Staying in the gated community eases your mind of any trouble that could happen. We felt very safe and secure. One suggestion is the beds could use some new pillows!

The Salty Dog was the perfect space for our family getaway. Located close to the pier and a short drive to the marshwalk, this was a great spot on the beach. The kitchen was the best stocked rental we’ve stayed at, and the house was clean and newly renovated. There was a small ant problem and they sent pest control the next day. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the two living spaces, along with the large deck and plenty of furniture. We look forward to booking this home again and appreciate that this property came so well stocked! The only thing that would make this home better is a vacuum to maintain cleanliness throughout the week!

The Condo was very nice.I did find a couple sot's that needed cleaned but nothing I let bother me. If i had to complain about something it would be the stairway.. it's not well lit an needs a cleaning an some fresh AIR. Everything else was wonderful! We love that we are ocean front an we used the balcony every morning an night We will be booking agaon next year !!

This house was absolutely worth every cent. I would recommend this house to anyone. We barely realized there were neighbors. Very quiet, away from the crowds and the house had every possible desire addressed. The only thing I would add would be room darkening shades for the other rooms other than just the main master suite.

Atalaya is always a great place to stay. Our dishwasher and washing machine were broken and we were not informed. That was my biggest complaint with Garden City Realty.

When we arrived our sheets were already on our bed, which was a nice surprise. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. They could add some spoons. Very short walk with easy beach access. The master bed, and the room with the balcony that another bedroom both mattress needs to be replaced. They both have humps in the middle. When we arrived our floors still had sand and were dirty. They’re were chips in our nightstands and open chips bags in the cabinets. The pool pump breaker was thrown and wasn’t filtering. Garden City Reality did fix the floors and sent someone else to clean them. Our pool was fixed by the pool company when he was checking our levels. All and all we still had a good vacation. Yes, things could have been cleaner but this was fixed once the reality became aware of it.

OMG! What a different experience our family had in this house from last year! I left a not so pleasant review last year about this property and every issue that I pointed out was corrected. We had a representative from the Garden City Realty team show up an hour after we checked in to make sure that we were in and happy with all of the the corrections that the homeowner made. This is now a great house for a small family like mine to call home for a week. There are not many small rentals around this area that are on the beach and this close to the GC pier, so thanks for the TLC that was given to Cloud 9 to keep families wanting to come back for more sand and sun! I will be calling this week to book Cloud 9 again for 2023!
