Our rental experience went well from start to finish. Being an older property seemed to be a plus...very quiet, maybe due to the quality of older construction? We could not hear ANY noise or footsteps from other units or from the outside. The only item we could have used in the unit was a good cutting board! (We do a lot of chopping and there were just very thin rigid plastic mats provided)

Highly recommend working with Drew (Dellinger)! Buying a house while living out of state can be tricky and Drew was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Drew knows the area quite well and went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. He was always available to answer questions and resolve issues that might arise. Very helpful and flexible in helping us see the property when we were in town. A great experience. We love our house and appreciate all Drew's help!"

The refridgerator was leaking water and we called the office on Sat. to report it. Then on Tuesday a new refridgerator was delivered without any notice. Luckily we were home but had to unload and load the new fridge. There could have been better communication between the realtor, owner and us so we could have been prepared for this. The delivery men expected us to remove doors and move furniture for them.........not exactly what vacationers want to do.....the realty should have been there to take care of these needs.

We loved this beautifully decorated condo with a fantastic view. The unit was clean and well stocked. We have reserved it again for next summer. The folk at Garden City Realty are great to work with. We only had one problem - the huge line at check-in.

We have stayed here for many years and it's a comfortable home steps from the ocean! The 6 bedrooms have 10 comfy queen beds and 5 full baths gives everyone plenty of space.

The process to secure our rental was easy and everything worked exactly as stated. All of our needs were met except we didn’t have wash cloths. Called maintenance and they brought over another set. Still only 2 washcloths for 3 people. Everything else was great! Would stay here again!!

Amazing house. Plenty of room for 14 of us ranging from 1 year to 70 years. Pool and dock were amazing. We were concerns with the pictures that there wouldn’t be enough common living space or room at the table for everyone. There is plenty of room and ample dining space. Close to the beach, sunsets over the inlets are amazing. Will stay again for sure.

The house was amazing! My family and I could not have been happier staying at Heaven can Wait. the house is set up perfectly! Everything you need for an awesome beach vacation is here! It is right on the beach, the house was larger enough for everyone, nobody felt cramped in the house. There was just the right amount of bathrooms, the kitchen had everything there that you needed including a blender for all the frozen drinks! the air conditioner worked out great, we were worried that the upstairs would not get cool enough, we like it extra cool at the beach and it worked great! There could of been another big refrigerator, we had to all use coolers that we brought for drinks etc, there is only 1 big refrigerator, that is average in size and 2 little mini refrigerators so the coolers came in handy. The only negative comment I can leave is that the pool and hot tub were not filtering correctly, however the pool was on a service schedule every other day so it was fixed in no time, just wish there were no issues at all. But this would not stop us from returning to Heaven Can Wait. I would recommend this house to anyone! and we will definitely be back!

We have been fortunate to stay at the Mariposa twice. eleven years ago when our family was. Little smaller and now much larger, celebrating our 50th anniv. With our children, grandchildren. Friends that live in Market Commons only minutes away celebrated with us as well. Eleven years later the house was still meticulous and charming. Pam, who I believe may be the owner surprised us with 50th Anniversary 7 layer cake, delish. She is adorable. Professional, courteous as we’re booking with them, staff coming for pool cleaning etc. great house, great owners, great people, beautiful porch with so many rocking chairs that would delight even the grumpiest of people. The only issue we had was we had to try several times to get the code to work to unlock the door. Maintenance should check on this.
