I have been working with Garden City Realty ( Drew McElveen- Surf master) for the past 8 years and have been very , extremely happy with him and Garden City Realty. Both communicate with me and if a problem with my condo as well as being very accommodating assisting with upgrades and fixings I might need. Its a great company and I having been using them since I bought condo back in 2000. Highly recommend them .

It was amazing! We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had alot of room. It was very clean and the parking was easy accessible. The view was stunning. We want to stay there next year. It is our new favorite place to stay. This has been one of the best places in our last 30 years of coming to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at Penthouse I!!! Loved having the extra outside space! Everything seemed clean and in order when we came in. But the floor needed mopped very badly. Our socks and slippers were so dirty. That is the only complaint I really have. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Plenty of towels, etc. We would definitely come back to the room. It was our first time in the Penthouse area and we really enjoyed it. We will be back for a prior booked vacation in September. Otherwise we might have considered booking a penthouse again!! Maybe next girls trip!! Love Surfmaster area and amenities!

Sinking Spring

We have been coming to the Garden City/Surfside Beach area for 4 years. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed in. It has been updated and is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted/needed and was beyond comfortable. The location is perfect for families in regards to the beach and restaurants. We had a golf cart, but enjoyed walking to Sophia's for ice cream and then coming home via the beach! You can not go wrong with this rental! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Although our vacation has shortened by Hurricane Florence, we had a great time. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very up to date and very pretty. The views were spectacular.

Rented both sides for family reunion, and had great time! Pool service was wonderful! Best we have had at any rental. Beds were comfortable. Loved having 2 fridges on each side. Beach was never crowded and felt private. Long Bay Estates is a lovely neighborhood too. House could use a deep cleaning. Had some trouble with the internet service. Otherwise a great house!

We love saying at the Surfmaster. Had a slight problem with ice maker in frig. Someone was sent to fix the problem very quickly.

Enjoyed our stay at Atalaya Tower. We did have problems with high winds whistling through and around the entrance door. Very clean and roomy for 4 adults.

The condo is just beautiful. I am a perfectionist so I thought the Cleanliness was good. The king and one queen mattress was not real comfortable. Someone sent us the wrong code and we couldn't get in. Air conditioner sounds like a train. No dishsoap. I said there wasn't any small pots but I found them, sorry. But the shrimp pot was burned on the bottom so appreciate the extra pot. We needed it.9

We have been renting oceanfront homes on Garden City Beach for more than 30 years, and this was one of the best, if not THE best. The house is old-style but excellently maintained and equipped. There were plenty of utensils, cookware, bakeware, towel racks, drawer and storage space; the porches (front and back) were so spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating. Everything worked perfectly, and the location was excellent...far enough away from the pier to avoid the crowds on the beach but close enough to make the quick 2-minute drive. I cannot praise this house enough! If you're looking for granite countertops and designer furnishings, this house is not for you, but if you want comfort, cleanliness, convenience and relaxation, don't hesitate to rent the Lazy O.

Unit was as pictured. Very private and clean. Well decorated and all of the furniture was comfortable. Just one small hiccup with the door lock but that was fixed with one phone call.
