When we found out there was no phone service in the unit, the manager Drew McElveen promptly arranged for a cell phone service with no cost to us.
Maintenance manager Dan DeFreest was very helpful and professional when we needed his help.

Although it was not a great weather week, we were very pleased with our stay at Waterforde 403. It is a nicely updated unit that was very comfortable for our family of four. Our only recommendations are: needs TV in second bedroom (we brought one for the week.), while well stocked, there were no cookie sheets, and the master bed is not very comfortable (a memory topper might help). All in all, it was a great trip, and even with the rain, Waterforde 403 positively contributed to our memorable stay.

I have been coming to One Ocean Place for vacations since I was 16 years old with my parents. I'm 37 and I now come to visit with my own family. It never fails to provide nice and clean accommodations and is close enough to whatever we want to do without being on the crowded part of Myrtle Beach. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

How surprised we were that the sheets and towels were already sitting on the bed waiting for us to make the bed up - other houses we stayed at, they were left in a huge bag and we had to hunt for the right size for the bed we had.

Surfmaster 314 was nicely updated and clean.
Definitely need to change the carpets in the bedrooms as they are in bad shape but other than that, the unit is nice.

Clean well stocked for all your service needs.T he guy that helped me find a vacation home was VERY helpful. I told him what I needed he asked what I wanted and he said I have what you are looking. The trash cans were over flowing when we arrived and the pool needed a little cleaning but over all it was 99.99% perfect.

Surf Master 709 was very comfortable and convenient. It had enough dishes for us. Some units are very limited. We have no complaints about the unit other than the bed was very hard. Surf Master does not have any public restroom facilities available so we'd have to clean up and go up to the unit which was an issue a time or two. There were no vending or snack machines or anywhere near by to grab a quick drink or snack. Make sure you bring plenty with you! Overall, condo was very nice but facility is lacking in outside services.

We have rented in Surfmaster for at least 5 years. We always stay in March & April and October & November. We always hate to leave and go back to NJ but know we will come back within a few months.

Great place to stay for a family. Our six Grandkids enjoyed the beach and the private pool in the evening. It’s only a short walk to the beach. This is our second year staying here and we have already booked for next year. Garden City is Great to work with.

Great stay! This place was so nice and perfect for four people. Very clean and included linens which was a plus. Nicely updated and great price for an oceanfront stay. Walking distance to Garden City pier. Easy to book with Garden City Realty and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
