The kitchen was beautiful!! It was well stocked with appliances and cookware and completely updated. Unfortunately, there were a few minor things - that didn’t effect our stay - that need attention : the vertical blinds in the front room and the master bedroom, were missing about 1/3 of the panels - they were “stored” in crazy places all over the unit, sort of like an Easter egg hunt - found them hanging from various clothes rods, under the couch and under every single bed. My husband tried to rehang the ones in the bedroom - but they kept falling. One of the drawer fronts was completely missing from the master bathroom vanity. The door to the safe was on top of the safe - we didn’t need it, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was also a funky mildewy smell in that closet and the carpet was damp. The furnace filter looked like it hasn’t been changed in a super long time. I couldn’t rave enough about the beds!!!! They were super comfortable!! All in all, it was a great condo - I fell in love with the reclining chair in the living room - googled it to get one for my own home.

We had a great week. The 4 bed 4 bath house was perfect. Nearly on the beach, it was a 3 minute walk. Same side of the street. The back porch was awesome. 10 out of 10.

We were very happy with our stay in February 2014. The kitchen was stocked better than I had anticipated and the beds were very comfortable. There was cleaning crews out and about and we never saw a sandy floor by the elevators leading in from the beach. That is a feat in its own the central location made it easy for sight seeing, yet far enough away from the hubbub of Myrtle Beach. I will miss waking up to view of the ocean.

This was the first time we stayed at One Ocean Place. We have stayed at multiple condos in the area. This One had Great views. With all the large windows across the living kitchen area gives you a feel your at the beach even in the kitchen. Primary Room also has full sliding windows. The balcony was nice, because it is set up to where you don't feel like your getting blown away outside. The secondary room is large with two full size beds. Both bathrooms were upgraded to feel comfortable and not cramped.
We plan to visit again.

We really loved this condo. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and of Myrtle Beach. It was cozy and had everything that we needed including full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the dophines and ocean birds.
