This condo was perfect for my family! Plenty of room, all the necessities for cooking down to beach toys and a float for the pool. The condo was extremely clean and also had cleaning appliances at hand for the sand. The washers and dryers worked great, the neighbors and other visitors were super welcoming. The beach was right there for us and the balcony view was priceless. I highly recommend checking out the Gulf Stream cafe across the street, walking distance. The only downfall would be no golf carts allowed parked on the property but that’s totally ok! We rented one for the day and had no problems cruising around. This place was so amazing we are going to come back again for sure!

Our vacation experience was fantastic. This is our third stay at an One Ocean Place. We like the area very much and the property location is great. We would recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area.

The house was furnished and decorated better than the pictures had shown online. We were very happy to be in such a warm, welcoming and comfortable house. The beach theme was beautiful and made us feel like we were on vacation. The house was clean, linen package was great (just one difficultly with the bedsheets not fitting the bed, so we got creative and made it work). The house was clean, most amenities were there. We did have to purchase some (dish soap, tinfoil etc). Pool was great! We spent most of our time there or on the beach, moments away. Great location! The property was safe and such a great location!! We would definitely come again!

Whole family loved the house, the ease of check-in/check-out and meeting the charming owners. The size of the house was perfect. The pool was refreshing and the backyard surprisingly private. Loved sitting on the back balcony watching the wildlife on the marsh. And everything was so clean!

Vacation was amazing. I have been travelling to N. Myrtle Beach every year for the past 10 years and this was my first time in Garden City. I am in love. We have already planned next year in same house or another with Garden city realty. They were friendly and helpful. Beach beautiful and quiet. Not nearly as crowded as the N. Myrtle area. Location close to everything you need. Town small and friendly. Views from house beautiful and a very very short walk to pier.

We absolutely LOVE Sandy Beach and plan to rent it whenever we go to Surfside. It is very homey and the perfect distance from everything. I do have to say the place was not cleaned very well this time which was disappointing and kind of gross but as for the rental itself; we love it and plan to stay there again in the future.

Loved the house! It was super clean and so spacious! We loved having the pool and the beach basically across the street. The only negatives for us was not being able to dock our boat there at the house because at low tide it was super shallow and dry and the washer and dryer being in a room downstairs with the air conditioning. Other than that we loved it! Oh yes, it was also super quiet which was awesome!

For over 35 years I have stayed in Myrtle Beach. Either at the north end or the south end of the Grande Strand. You can't beat the accommodations at SurfMaster. Oceanfront, easy, mobility, quiet,but minutes away from shopping or dining. A number of golf courses close by. Good people who are knowledgeable and professional. Just a special place.

The house is located on the residential side of the pier where beach traffic is minimal. Great for a quiet beach vacation or socially distanced beach activity.

The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal. The house was decorated nicely. The only downside was the quality of the sheets provided.

The pool was a big hit for our four kids! The adults enjoyed it too. The patio furniture at Our Three Sons is second to none. The views of the ocean are breathe taking.

Garden City has a very small downtown area near the pier. The house is within driving distance of many stores and restaurants. Duck Donuts is a must!

If you enjoy the beach but do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of the main drag, this is the house for you. We would love to come back in the future!

Everything was great but the palm tree at the driveway. Makes it tough to get a larger boat backed into the driveway to use boat ramp also dock needs better lighting. No others issues, really enjoyed the property.

Well located and right on the water. Very clean, nice furnishings and great beds. Huge deck with great furniture. We spent most of our time out there. Prime reserved parking spot for this unit too. We enjoyed our week here and would definitely book it again.
