This is the 7th winter I've stayed in Waterforde 403. The only issues are the master bed needs to be replaced, the mattress on the bed is old and very difficult to sleep well on.
the unit has a wonderful view of the ocean and quiet in the winter months.

We were blest that Hurricane Ian did not impact our visit since I know so many people were impacted by it. We really enjoy staying at Ohana. We try our best to protect the furniture by putting sheets on them. The outside fans didn't work, but I am guessing that was because of Ian.

We did like the table and the chairs on the balcony last year better that this year. We both struggled with the new high top. Not good for older couples.

My family recently stayed at the Whalecome Inn and everyone had a great time! The house was very clean and well kept. The pool was awesome and the backyard area was very nice. It was just a short walk to the beach which made things very manageable for the beach lovers in our group. The only thing I would maybe suggest would be adding a half bathroom on the main floor for convenience. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the house!

Our vacation at the Blue Bo was extremely nice. It’s by far the nicest place we have ever rented. It was conveniently located a short walk to the beach. The house was beautifully decorated and maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice cookware, dishes, and appliances. Everything was easily accessible, loved the washer/dryer. I was disappointed the refrigerator had no ice maker! It looked fairly new, so that was a surprise.. Kind of inconvenient when you have a large group to use & refill ice trays. Should have asked in advance, and I would have stopped & bought ice.
Otherwise, the house was very comfortable and accommodating.
I enjoyed the numerous hooks and benches to hang clothing, bags, hats, and all the other beach items that end up on the floor. Someone is definitely a skilled carpenter.
Wanted to mention there was an outlet in the downstairs bedroom (left side of bed) that didn’t work. Had to find another plug-in for bedside lamp.
Handle on downstairs powder room toilet was sticking when flushed, making the toilet run unless you pushed it back up. Neither thing a big deal, but thought you may want to know. Overall, it was an outstanding home that we enjoyed.

We stayed the week of April16-22, 2022. The unit was very clean and well supplied with kitchen items for cooking . Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the living room for all 5 adults. The view was spectacular and we watched sea turtles and dolphins from the balcony! The only downside was the Wi-Fi. There wasn’t a personal Wi-Fi for the unit it was a general Wi-Fi for the building. Other than that it was wonderful ! It is located between both piers about one mile from each one, great morning walk. Conch Cafe is a couple buildings away so it’s an easy walk for lunch or dinner and drinks. I would definitely return !

We had a great time. The repair to the outside shower was quick and complete. The home is great for us and meets our needs. One thing to be improved on is it needs a thorough dusting under beds, blinds, draperies. Wish we could get in earlier than 4:00. The garbage was not picked up with concierge service. We had to put it out.
