The new owners have done what was needed for a long time and it is greatly appreciated. We were considering changing houses if updates were not done. Good job! We will be back next year.

Wonderful time!

We were overall pleased with our stay. The only things we did not like about this house was the lack of a bathtub. It's showers only.

We stayed for a week in mid October at Summer Breeze. Great weather and a wonderful covered porch! The view was great. Close to everything and the house was well stocked. This was our 3rd time staying at Summer Breeze.

The rental was clean and as described. We loved the location. The back deck looks over the inlet. We spent a lot of time in the comfortable deck chairs watching the egrets and beautiful sunsets. It's an easy walk to the beach and to the pier. We will definitely stay here again.

Grove City

It was a great vacation. The room was very nice and updated. T.V. In master bedroom had a green line through it, kind of annoying but nothing major. Breaker was tripped during huge storm and maintenance came and fixed it in a pretty timely manner. I was overall very pleased with the condo this year.

The condition and location of this cottage was great. My family spent more time on the beach this year than in years past. Garden City is now our favorite destination.

Our family has vacationed in this area for decades and this house was the best beach house we have ever had. The location is perfect. The house itself was clean and everything inside and out was in perfect working order. We will definitely plan on returning to this house.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for the last four years.

This year we needed to cancel our reservation six days into our two-month trip. Everyone at Garden City Realty was extremely helpful, especially Mary Black. Mary took our calls, responded in a thoughtful manner, and assisted us with our trip insurance contacts. Any time we have needed someone from Garden City Realty to help in any way, they are always there!
