This house had all the things our family needed, plus more. The rooms were all a decent size. The bathrooms were small, but we made it work. The open family room with dining area made the house seem so much bigger. Lots of deck space! The pool was wonderful. We love being only steps away from the beach!

We absolutely loved this unit. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more! It was beautiful, CLEAN, decor fit the beach atmosphere and beds were so comfortable! Ocean One Place was secure, pools clean, and lots of chairs for sun bathing. It was a wonderful vacation!

This is our second time staying in Penthouse C and it's been a great experience both times! It's always spotless and extra towel and sheet sets are wrapped and are everywhere! The sheets are already on the bed as well which was really nice and the kitchen is fully stocked, there's even an air fryer if you need it! 10/10 would recommend! Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had plenty of space!

The Metzler is a gorgeous home,equipped with any amenity you can imagine! It's apparent that the owners really care about their home. We had 10 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space to be completely comfortable! The pool and hot tub area are incredible minus the grill, we rented one. My only complaint is the lack of a common area bathroom.

This was a great house for our limited number of people (5) but would have been terrific for multiple families. This felt like the consummate beach house, very comfortable and livable. Wouldn't hesitate to ask for this house if returning for longer stay with more people - great location for beach and inlet.
