I live a very busy life. I'm a proud wife, mother of two older teenagers, Ouch! Stepmother of two, step grandmother of 5 and a daughter to my father who is 79 years young with dementia. I came here on a whim! with my lovely husband , my precious dear dad and my beautiful daughter. We enjoyed our surroundings here .During my stay I had my nephew and my niece came for a short two nights visit along with my godchildren. My husband and my father stayed only 5 days. My daughter had her a best friend stay 2 nights at the end of the week. Just absolutely adore seeing books here. I'm reading the Power of Being Positive-enjoy being God forever.. By: Joyce Meyer. My daughter's friend ordered the same book on Amazon. This home is lovely and inviting.Thank you.

Thankful for this retreat! Was supposed to stay at another location that upon checkin was quite disappointing so this beach condo was made available instead for us. So much cleaner & much more welcoming!!

We arrived after office hours and the check in process could not have been easier. They really make it convenient for their guests. Staff was very friendly. As soon as we walked in the door, all we could see was the ocean. Condo has an amazing view. The condo was very clean. Carpet needs replacing, and the the bedroom furniture (especially mattress) needs updating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. House is beautiful, bright and spacious. Kitchen area could have been cleaned a little better.Location is great. Staff was great and always attentive. Only problem was the wifi didn’t work. We had a problem with lights not working (was out of everyone’s control) and as soon as I called, they had someone out to look and fix the problem! We plan on returning to same house on our next visit!

Beautiful condo! We love all of the updates! The kitchen looks awesome, love all of the nice size TV's, bathroom updates, floor updates - SO CLEAN! Have already reserved for next year and would have reserved for 2 weeks but prior week not available. Already fighting over which family member gets this condo! Make sure renters take care of it! We treated with loving care! Now, just need some "sprucing" up of the building itself, carpet treads loose, landings/stairs dirty, a high chair sat on the 1st floor pool side landing for 2 weeks. Roof leaks and more garbage receptacles needed by the pool. Love Compass Rose and hope that some improvements are made by all of the owners.

Had a nice stay , some small repairs are needed on this unit. Towel rack in bunk guest room so loose on wall it could not be used, louvered closet doors in other guest room were off track so had to be left open. Verandah was great but one less rocky that last year was a surprise as it is nice to rock and listen to ocean.

Our family loved the condo and its location, everything we needed was provided in the unit. The only disappointment was the blinds, could not close them so the morning sun came through early into the bedroom and living room. We did report it to the main office and a repair man came up immediately but we were told he could not fix them as something was broken and a specialist would have to be called in but it would take about three or four days before they would come out, they did not come while we were there. The parking was another issue as we were told we would get two spaces, luckily we only needed one but even then it was difficult to find a parking spot at times.

Check in was easy. The home was fairly clean. Some of the 2nd floor toilets has some kind of residue in them possibly from not having been flushed recently. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils/appliances. Great location - short walk to beach and close to many stores. Highly recommend for large families.

We had a great time at the beach. The condo was very clean, updated furnishing and an awesome balcony view of the ocean! Definitely would stay here again.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate fully, we had a wonderful time again at One Ocean Place. The unit was clean and the view is second to none. The Marsh Walk was full of energy Halloween night. There was a best costume contest where contestants competed for cash prizes. We’ve stayed at One Ocean Place a number of times and are planning our next visit for Spring of 2026.

Our annual family vacation (27 years) has really enjoyed Dancing Dolphin for the past 5 years. There continues to be growth taking place with the arrival of more great grandchildren-number 5 on the way. The house and yard have suited us well. We wish we had a boat to put in the inlet! We are going to be sad when we outgrow DD!!!!

We had never stayed at Surfmaster, but it was recommended to us by a close friend, so we gave it a try. Condo 206 was adequate for our stay. The furniture was comfortable and the oceanfront view was great. I would suggest two things be upgraded: 1) The furniture (mainly metal chairs) on the deck are rusted and should be replaced, and 2) the "sharp" knives are cheap and dull, and the can opener wouldn't work.
