I thought the “Beach Time” rental location was a convenient and fun place for my family this year. Everything was close by.... Restaurants, new pier, shopping, night life enjoyment, personal pool , beach, etc. House was well equipped. All rooms met my expectations. . Garden City Rental was great to work with. Needed a K-cup coffee maker and they brought me one within the hour. Had a small parking issue and that too was addressed quickly. Overall, great place to spend your vacation. Thanks GCR for all your help. My family enjoyed their stay!

The location was great. The layout of the house was perfect for our family vacation. We had to call maintenance 2 times because the refrigerator was leaking, and the disposal and dishwasher were was not working properly. Maintenance responded quickly and worked on those appliances.

We stayed here last August. Old style beach house. Location across from the beach access a real plus. Plenty of room for our family and friends. Kitchen is well equipped and bed linens and towels etc. provided also a plus. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. No maintenance issues. Easy checkin and out. We would stay here again.

Nice 1 bedroom place, clean. A little cramped for our liking, but it was a good weeklong retreat to the beach.

Condo is beautiful and comfortable. With a great ocean view. they were replacing the deck at the south building, so we had to go to the north building to use pool and hot tub, Then the hot tub there broke down for a couple days. But things happen and you need to expect this when you travel in off season. Would go back in a heart beat!!!! The last day we had some rowdy neighbors move in upstairs, it would be helpful if the building had some type of security on site.

This is our 4th year staying in the home. Always happy with our time there. Had 1 issue with shower drains and it was fixed right away. Loved it and the kids love the dock. Truly is the best view in town. The sunsets are AMAZING. I'm sure we will be back.

La Plata

It was a great place! Fairly new updates and was very clean. The only things noted were there was no vacuum to get up the sand, no scissors in the kitchen, and the balcony floor needs replaced.
