Strike II was perfect for us. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The handle on the refrigerator was broken but that's easily fixed. I would suggest updating to a Keurig and curtains in the master bedroom. It's very bright!

Because of September hurricane there are changes to house. Walkway from house to beach has no shower/foot wash due to partially completed walkway, making sand travel inside house. There is a hose set up under house but one must still walk through sand to enter pool or house. Lower level has no tile flooring, only sealed concrete. There is only one loveseat for seating and no lamps on lower level. Foosball is a good addition. Upstairs, one of three fans has no light and only works on high making it blow way too much during eating.and playing games. There is no vacuum cleaner. There were no mats inside doors to catch sand or trashcans downstairs so we bought some. Pool is great with upgrade in loungers. All beds were comfy. And closetlike room for outside bath was operational with toilet and shower. With high tide, water did come up to steps but we could beach walk to right but not to left.

West Long Branch

We recently stayed at Surfmaster Unit #210 in Garden City Beach. We were pleased from the moment we walked into the condo. The view was magnificent, the condo was clean and welcoming; in fact, the pictures were very accurate. Having towels and linens supplied (with the beds already made) was a major plus. We felt very relaxed and at home during our 9-night stay; in fact whenever we returned to the condo we referred to it as "home". The master BR also had a beautiful view of the ocean with sliding doors to the balcony. We never stayed anywhere where the master bathroom also had a view of the ocean! The location is great, close to the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet, the Garden City Pier, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Pawley's Island, Barefoot Landing and more. There were times we simply stayed in the condo or on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the ocean and watching the beachgoers. We had one of the best vacations in a long time and our accommodations played a major part. We can't wait to return!

It was a nice place, but there were a few things missing. There was no can opener, the revolving plate in the microwave was not the correct size and the coffee pot lid was slightly broken. Except for those "minor" inconveniences, it was great! The big, open living area was wonderful for me to interact with guests while I was cooking!

I have been staying in condo 206 for 10 plus years sometimes once or twice a year. I appreciate all the updates they have done since last year. My stay this time was wonderful the only negative I have to say about condo 206 is they really need to put at the top of their list to redo the bathtub it feels like you could fall through at any time. Other than the bathtub the stay was wonderful. Garden City realtor are easy to work with always very polite.
