We were overall happy with the Tsunami property. The location is great with beach access and proximity to stores/bars. I think some of the bedding could use upgrades. The kitchen is functional but could use a remodel.

We would definitely recommend this beach house! It is in the quieter area of Garden City. The beach is a quick block away! We are a family of five who likes to be together, so the open common area of the house was nice. We bought the linen package which was very nice. We only had to bring beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.
Since Garden City is south of myrtle beach it does take about 30 min to get to a lot of the attractions. Murrells inlet is close though. We went on a banana boat ride and had dinner there. Any restaurant there is great and the ride was great fun! Dolly's Pirate Voyage was a good show if you like that sort of thing and the Grand Prix racetrack is awesome for kids and adults! We could have stayed another week!
Two things for the owner! Loved the decor and layout! A clothesline and a new dryer would be great additions!

The property was great for our family! The ocean view is amazing! Screened balcony is awesome! Kitchen very well stocked! Love the pantry. Great seating/eating space. Laundry room also a bonus! Everything was clean and in good condition. Only complaint - dishwasher silverware basket - Silverware falls out?!? :-)

Our family vacation experience was FABULOUS!! The house was decorated beautifully and the furniture was very comfortable. Our stay at The Beach House #305 was fabulous. Our first impression of the unit was impressive. Everything was clean and tidy. There was an abundance of "extras" like beach chairs & sand toys available. Each bedroom had extra bedding and cozy throws. Best of all was the view f the ocean each morning sipping coffee on the balcony. It was a very positive experience!
