We have been coming to the Garden City/Surfside Beach area for 4 years. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed in. It has been updated and is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted/needed and was beyond comfortable. The location is perfect for families in regards to the beach and restaurants. We had a golf cart, but enjoyed walking to Sophia's for ice cream and then coming home via the beach! You can not go wrong with this rental! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A king size bed would be preferred in the master bedroom and a softer mattress in the second bedroom. The newer TVs were harder for us to understand to operate. There were a few kitchen lights out but the realty company had them fixed in no time. Overall,loved the condo.

We were pleased with the condo. The condo had everything we needed in kitchen. We really have no complaints with the condo or the condition of it. The only complaint we have is with the parking situation. We have a mini van and we had a plastic carrier
on top. Therefore, we could not park under the condo building. There were cars in the open parking spaces who would have fit in the parking spaces under the condo, but they parked outside. One person had a trailer and their mini van which took up 2 spots.
There were times we didn't go anywhere because we might not have had a place to park when we returned. The parking situation is the only reason we would not stay at Sandy Shores II again.

Excellant..couldnt be better :). I will definately recommend this place to everyone I know. The location couldnt be better...close to airport, close to shopping entertainment and restaurants, on the ocean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo's were perfect...everything very open and airy, huge kitchens, everything very clean. Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. Thank you for helping to make my team's conference a success.

lovely condo with a great view! Furnishings very nice! only thing it needs is new bed pillows, all bed pillows were flat and we need to purchase new pillows for sleeping. could use some comfortable furniture on patio too!

The view and the condo are amazing! Perfect for 7 of us. I couldnt have asked for any better. Relaxing view, pool not busy. We only had 1 bad incident. We were there Labor day weekend and someone threw up in both elevators. It was pretty gross and was in there pretty much all day. My hubby called the emergency line and it was cleaned up by next day. But other than that, it was great! We would stay again!

This house has plenty of space if you have a big family. Everything was update and the house was very clean. It is also walking distance to the beach. Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi and plenty chairs outside.
for sitting. I would definitely recommend this house.

During this time their entire staff has operated with the highest integrity. Their support services (cleaning and property maintenance) have always performed in an excellent manner. Their property owners group has always been very professional, responsive, and thorough in their market analyses in preparation for adjustments of future rental rates. As a result, we have averaged about a 90% occupancy every year. Finally, the head of Garden City Realty has always provided wise and sound counsel to our family over the years as the management of our beach house has moved from one generation to the next. In summary, I highly recommend Garden City Realty and consider them to be the premier organization in Horry and Georgetown counties.

View was great, facilities were great. The unit overall was good, just some minor hiccups. Would definitely consider renting again and we do recommend.

I have been coming to One Ocean Place for vacations since I was 16 years old with my parents. I'm 37 and I now come to visit with my own family. It never fails to provide nice and clean accommodations and is close enough to whatever we want to do without being on the crowded part of Myrtle Beach. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

the location and the view, along with the beach access was absolutely the best!! The interior of the condo was quite dated and a bit worn. A second TV would be a great idea. A working toaster would be nice. Loved staying here, it was like we had our own beach house.
