Our stay at this location was absolutely the best. It was comfortable for everyone. Privacy was never an issue as each had their own space. We also loved the open spaces for gathering together whether it was on the porch, down stairs grilling or in the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, & living room. This home is equipped with everything. We will most definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful beach home!!

This year was the twenty first Schwartz Beach Gathering and the second year at Sunspree! As usual we had a great time together with a Grandson getting engaged. Last year, our first at Sunspree, we had two Grand-daughters get engaged at "the beach".
Sunspree is a great house rent with a new pool area and other improvements in the pool area.
We reservered Sunspree for a week next July.

Overall the property was what we were expecting in that price range. It was convenient to the pier, shopping, dining and beach access. The quiet cul-de-sac was nice too. Only drawbacks were previous renters had put dirty dishes back in cabinets and the refrigerator was having trouble staying cold.

We love the location of Cloud Nine, having rented a house nearby for years. We chose Cloud nine because of the size, floor plan, and location: We need only 3 bedrooms , prefer a center living area, and have to be right on the beach! The house is clean and well-kept. It is old and the bathrooms are small, but who cares? The living area and kitchen are spacious, comfortable, and full of daylight. The one surprise is there’s not a usable closet in the main bedroom: that’s where the water heater is. We’d change that and put one of those small, immediate heat ones under the house. And we’d add a roof on the beachfront porch so we could sit outside more. We made future reservations before we left and hope to continue renting Cloud Nine for years! That tells you something!
