Big, beautiful house. The pool was great when it was too windy or hot for the beach, the tiki bar gives everyone a common area to convene. Quick walk to the beach on a private walkway made it easy to get to the beach and get set up.

House was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Right across street from public beach access which was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our vacation becausw the unit was everything we hoped for. It was bright and cheery. The view was beautiful. Windows from floor to ceiling. We just wanted to sit and enjoy the view. I plan to come back next year.

A very nice and large one bedroom condo. This unit has a lot of style. Also very nice to have a parking place. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful ; we are going to try to stay there again next year. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We had our grand children with us and they loved the room and the beach and pool!

New Middletown

It was a nice house it had a few things that could have used a little repairing. But overall we had a nice time. The only real complaint I had wasn;t even about this house. Across the street for some reason the realty company who had it felt the need to mow at 7:15 in the morning. I think it could have waited a little longer people are there on vacation. I am pretty sure the company was Dune realty

Excellent job selling our house in two days

Drew (Dellinger) did an excellent job selling our house in two days. He suggested ideas to help with our negotiations. Drew was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend contacting Drew for the sale of your house.

We had a great stay. The view from Inlet Pointe may be the best anywhere in the area. The addition of wi-fi and linens included was an added plus since last years visit. We have already booked for next year.

Everything was easy to book.

Have always heard good words about this place. Kids are extremely excited. Spent some time years ago there. Hope it is as much fun as it was then. This is the first trip with the whole family.
