This is a very nice unit that has had some nice updates. The kitchen needs some TLC. The balcony is awesome but it only has 2 plastic chairs and a table. It is decorated very nicely and it is not cluttered at all with knock knacks.

The house was was accommodating. The description was was so great to have our family under one roof.Would have enjoyed a gas grill instead of charcoal.we had a good selection shopping for groceries and close to house.walk to beach was close.pool was great to come back and kept clean.refrigerator was to small for this size house.bathrooms clean house was acceptable. Overall i would recommend this house

Just a few items to note: the drywall is in worse condition than in previous years, and looks to need attention. Also, the filter in the refrigerator needs replaced. I love the addition of keyless entry, it has certainly added convenience over the last few stays.

Compass Rose 31 was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Garden City. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We all loved the screened in porch. Access to the pool area and beach were very easy. We stayed for a long weekend and mostly ate out so didn’t need to use the kitchen, although it was also very nice and clean. Stella’s ice cream is a must! The Dead Dog Saloon in Murrell’s Inlet had a really nice Mother’s Day buffet. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and pool were great and so was the location. The only problem for me was this was to be a fishing vacation and there was no water at the dock at low tide. it was completely mud. When we inquired about the dock pre-rental we were led to believe you could leave a boat at the dock but it was not so. Everything else about the house was fine.

We were very pleased with our unit. It was exactly as described and the decor was beautiful. It was lovely to be right on the beach for those daily walks plus having the option of a swimming pool and hot tub available. The property was clean and well maintained. We put in a call for service once and the response was immediate.
We felt the location is great and central for what we all did. We enjoyed the Marsh Walk, Georgetown, Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and a day trip to Charleston. And for those who like to shop there are lots of options there also.
We hope this property is available the next time we want to go south and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

This unit is a little dated but the beds were comfortable. Not happy with the real estate office manager as I had requested an early check in, but was unable to get into the unit until after 3:00.

We had 4 adults (2 couples) and 5 children staying in the condo, so the 2 full beds in the back bedroom and the extra table in the living area were a big plus compared to other 3-bedroom condos in the area. There was also room in the kitchen for more than 1 person to work at a time.

Surfmaster 202 is a great location. There were a few things the owner could change. A new mattress is needed in the master bedroom. The dishwasher does not do a good job at all. The large silverware drawer has come unstapled at the back allowing knives to go through the drawer allowing them to fall into the drawer below. Other than those things the unit was very nice. It was clean and cool. Garden City Realty did a good job having our room ready on time.
