Great condo with a fantatstic location! We've stayed at Sun Dial 21 twice before in April and May, but this was the first summer visit. My kids really like the fact that there is a pool. This was our 10th trip to Garden City since 2000, and the 9th time we have rented through Garden City Realty. They are real Pros. Would recommend Sun Dial 21 to anyone wanting a fun, cozy, centrally located place to kick back for a relaxing vacation!

What a great location!It was like having our own private beach! The house was great. We had 15 people and it was not crowded at all! It was especially nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking, etc. 2 refrigerators came in very handy. The covered decks were a favorite spot for everyone! If I could criticize one thing it would be that the living room furniture was a bit shabby. All in all though it was great and we would definately go back to this house.

We’ve stayed in Wachesaw previously, in a different cottage, and wanted to return. The Wachesaw Plantation is an idyllic setting, very well maintained, quiet and with golf, tennis, a lovely swimming pool with cafe, and the Kimbles restaurant. Property was bright and airy, fitting the description of the details and looked after after us well for the 2+ weeks that we stayed there. I would certainly recommend it as a place to stay for a quiet get away.

This was my family's second year at the Moonlighting and we are already booked for next year. The location of this home cannot be beat and the house is a perfect fit for our extended family of 18. We had a few minor issues with the house but they were immediately addressed by the maintenance staff of the home. The quiet street and almost private beach are favorites for us!

Overall good--would be nice to have some kitchen garbage bags available (there was only one) also, for the price of the cottage, it seems coffee would be provided.

We found unit 31 at Compass Rose a wonderful place to stay in Garden City. There are only 8 units and it was quiet. We had plenty of room for the three adults and especially loved the screened in back porch overlooking the pool and facing the ocean. We also enjoyed the master bedroom balcony in the mornings, having coffee and watching the boats going out from Marlin's Quay Marina. It was clean and very well equipped and convenient for dinners in Murrell's Inlet which has many wonderful restaurants. Would love to return to Compass Rose.

I want to start by saying that this company has been amazing during this time of COVID-19! They have been so accommodating, understanding, and communicative. We always have a great experience every year, and that is why we keep coming back.

Pam has been beyond helpful and puts up with my calling numerous times a day. She went the extra step of answering questions I had before I even asked them, and she also explored other helpful options that I had not even thought of. THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING!!

The location is fantastic. Right on the beach, two pools, clean unit. My only comment is that the realty company needs to provide more toilet paper and garbage bags. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week is not going to cut it. Also, only 1 trash bag per trash can, needed a few more but luckily we had a lot of plastic grocery sacks and made do.

Was everything and more than expected! Were created at check-in with a warm smile, very professional! The condo was clean and beautiful, we keep going back because the experience is just the best you could ever ask for!

It was a great vacation. The room was very nice and updated. T.V. In master bedroom had a green line through it, kind of annoying but nothing major. Breaker was tripped during huge storm and maintenance came and fixed it in a pretty timely manner. I was overall very pleased with the condo this year.
