everything was great except for the parking situation.we parked out by the street one day and got a parking ticket....not happy but after that it seemed there was always an open spot,not sure if someone was parking there that wasnt supposed to or what but ok after that. cant beat the view or the accomadations

Our condo was on the 10th floor with an amazing few of the ocean and the sunrise. The building, pool area and condo were clean and kept up nicely. We loved the location, it's nice and quiet,the beach isn't crowded, no-one bothered us. Yet close to the pier, stores etc. Rental office lady was super nice and helpful. This is the perfect spot for families. This vacation was perfect and we are looking forward to returning soon.

We were there with family and this was a very comfortable unit. We did not use the couch as a bed since we all like to stay up late and were in the living room. Loved the 2nd level close to parking.

We loved our stay at Marlin Quay! Very spacious condo. Nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Lots of windows. With the deck and balcony, you could be outside even if it was raining. Easy access to the beach. Other units were occupied but we never heard anyone else unless they were outside. Had a great vacation!

Good location near the beach.If staying for a long period of time there was no place to put the groceries we bought. No mop to clean floors.Sheets did not fit the king bed.

We had a wonderful time. The house was great and had lots of room. The only real complaint is the dust that was hanging around. All ceiling fans really need to be cleaned, had 1/4 inch dust or more on them. You turn them on and dust flies. Otherwise it was great.

Had a great time here at this cottage. Would suggest that realty company look at the dishwasher nearest the road (north). It is missing some rollers which made it difficult to pull out and push in on the bottom. Also, the dishwasher nearest the ocean (south) may also be missing a roller or two on the bottom as well. Thanks for furnishing the linens, Garden City Realty. The pool was always clean. We were all thankful for the elevator what with all of our luggage and supplies for the house. The master bedroom has a duct or something hanging from the ceiling. Also, one of the master bathroom shower heads is missing.

4/2/14-4/7/14: Been coming to Garden City Beach for many years. This was the first time at Surfmaster. We stayed in unit 709 and it was great, clean and had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back for 2 weeks at the end of August.
