Our vacation at 104 Marlin Quay was a little piece of heaven! The accommodations were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was incredible. The beach was a short walk. The pools were a great addition to the rental providing beautiful views of the inlet. The elevator allowed us to come and go quickly! Adequate towels, comfortable seating, washer and dryer, nice TVs are among other amenities that added to a very enjoyable vacation! We highly recommend Marlin Quay!

The house was beautiful. Perfect! The pool, hot tub and poolside bar made our week even better. We will be back!

Silver Spring

Location is convenient for a family vacation. Walkable with little kids to the beach. Pool is a nice size and lots of amenities that make it a nice getaway. Outdoor shower and pool furniture were nice.
Overall the house accommodated our family well. Many rooms and bathrooms! Overall though the house seems a little worn down. Many large cockroaches visited during our stay. There were many dust piles as if someone swept and just forgot to pick it up.

The location was great. It was easy to access with keyless entry. The gated areas were also easy to use. Glad to see security was patrolling. Overall it was pleasant in every manner.

Loved the house and location. Have stayed there before. Both times the pool was too cold to enjoy.first time was in September. Needs to be heated. Dryer was stopped up, had to call.

This is the fifth time we have stayed in this condo, and as always we have been very satisfied. The fact that the beach is right outside the door is great. The only bad thing is the lack of silverware. Only 4 forks for a place that sleeps 6

We loved every moment during our stay at Seagrass. Location was perfect - we especially loved that the cottage sets off the road -- it made us feel just a little more secluded AND there was ample parking (4 cars and 2 golf carts? No problem!) Kitchen was WELL STOCKED! Dishes, utensils, pots, pans - everything was in great shape (even the knives were sharp!!) The pool. You see the pictures? Yep, that's right - what an oasis!! The deck and view of the pond? Wonderful! Loved watching all the wildlife! Will we return?? You betcha!
There was a wasp nest under the house when we arrived. I told Garden City Realty and someone was out within the hour! Love the staff!
